Frequently Asked Questions - Sorbet King BEEM

How to prepare fruits for the Sorbet King?
Cut the fruits into pieces suitable for the filling chute, then place them in the freezer for at least 12 hours before use. For a creamy consistency, let thaw for 10 minutes at room temperature or 20 seconds in the microwave.
Which grater to use for a sorbet?
Use the conical grater (white) to grate frozen fruits and obtain a sorbet. The coarse grater (black) is for chocolate, nuts, or decoration.
The appliance does not start, what to do?
Check that the plug is properly connected and the socket circuit breaker is on. If the problem persists, reduce the number of devices on the same circuit. If nothing works, contact customer service.
Can I wash the parts in the dishwasher?
Yes, all parts except the motor unit are dishwasher safe. The motor unit is cleaned with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor in water.
How to correctly mount the grater?
Insert the grater into the housing until it stops, then turn it clockwise until it engages. To remove, turn counterclockwise. Caution: the blades are very sharp, hold the grater only by the plastic parts.
What is the power of the appliance?
The rated power is 150 W, with a voltage of 220-240 V ~ and a frequency of 50-60 Hz.
