Introduction

Hotkey Applications

Refer to the image below for the positions and definitions of each hotkey. Enable the hotkey function by simply pressing the key.

1. Sleep mode: Switch the system into sleep mode. Press the Sleep mode hotkey again to resume from sleep mode

NOTE: Sleep mode hotkey has no function in Windows Server 2003 & 2008 (32-/64-bit)/2008 R2/Server 2012.

1. Home page: Starts your default Web browser and loads the home page
2. Web back: Return to previous webpage
3. Web forward: Go to the next webpage
4. Web stop: Stop loading the current webpage
5. Media player: Run your default media player
6. Mute: Mutes system sound
7. Volume down: Decreases system sound
8. Volume up: Increases system sound
9. Previous: Switch to the previous media Track
10. Play/Pause: Switch between playing and pausing the media player
11. Next: Switch to the next media track
12. My Computer: Same as double click Computer or My Computer on desktop

NOTE: The My Computer key has no function under Server 2003.

2. Email: Starts default email program
3. Search: Opens the search box

LED Indicators

1. Num Lock LED indicator: Num Lock LED is on the numeric keys are enabled; LED off the numeric keys are disabled
2. Caps Lock LED indicator: Caps Lock LED on letters will be typed uppercase; LED off letters will be typed lowercase
3. Scroll Lock LED indicator: Scroll Lock LED on all scrolling features are locked

1. Windows key: Same as clicking Start button on the Windows tool bar
2. Menu key: Same as right mouse button
3. Snap open legs: Adjusts tilt angle of the keyboard for the best ergonomic fit

Step 1: Submit your RMA request.

Go to www.siig.com, click Support, then RMA to submit a request to SIIG RMA or fax a request to 510-657-5962. Your RMA request will be processed, if the product is determined to be defective, an RMA number will be issued.

Step 2: After obtaining an RMA number, ship the product.

• Properly pack the product for shipping. All accessories that came with the original package must be included.
• Clearly write your RMA number on the top of the returned package. SIIG will refuse to accept any shipping package, and will not be responsible for a product returned without an RMA number posted on the outside of the shipping carton.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping to SIIG. Ship the product to the following address:
