How do I clean the projector filter?

Turn off the projector and unplug it. Locate the air filter on the side panel, gently remove it, and use a soft brush or vacuum to clean dust. Reinstall the filter securely. It is recommended to clean every 500 hours of use.

What is the maximum projection size?

The Acer AF608 can project images up to 300 inches diagonally, depending on the distance. The optimal range is between 1 to 10 meters.

How do I replace the lamp?

Ensure the projector is off and cooled down. Open the lamp cover on the bottom, loosen the lamp screws, remove the old lamp, insert the new one (model UHP 203W), tighten screws, and close the cover. Reset the lamp timer via the menu.

Can I connect my laptop via HDMI?

Yes, the AF608 has an HDMI input. Simply connect your laptop using an HDMI cable, then select the HDMI source using the remote or projector buttons.

What is the keystone correction range?

The projector supports vertical keystone correction of ±40 degrees. Use the on-screen menu or remote to adjust if the image is trapezoidal.

How do I adjust the focus and zoom?

Focus and zoom rings are located on the lens. Turn the focus ring to sharpen the image, and the zoom ring to adjust the image size without moving the projector.

The projector turns off automatically. What should I do?

Check if the lamp timer has expired (overheating protection). Clean the air filter and ensure vents are clear. Also verify the power source and that the lamp is properly installed. If the issue persists, contact support.

Can I use the projector without a screen?

Yes, you can project onto any flat, light-colored wall. For best image quality, use a proper projection screen with a gain of 1.0 or higher.

How do I enable Eco Mode?

Press the 'Power' button on the remote, then select 'Eco Mode' in the setup menu. Eco Mode reduces lamp brightness and fan noise, also extends lamp life up to 10,000 hours.

What is the warranty period for the Acer AF608?
