Why is the UV tube not lighting up?

First check the power connection. If the tube still doesn't light, it may be burnt out. Replace it with a new UV45 tube. Also verify that the tube is properly seated in its sockets.

How do I dispose of the insect killer?

Dispose of it as electronic waste according to local regulations. The UV tube contains mercury and must be recycled separately. Do not throw it in household trash.

Does the insect killer make noise?

The Electronic Insect Killer ulizes the black light (ultra-violet rays) of the wave length, which is proven to be the most eecve lure for light sensitive ying insects, such as ies, moths, mosquitoes, and other ying insects. These insects are electrocuted by the electrically-charge metal grids. No chemicals, no smell, no sprays, no mess, polluon free and harmless to humans and pets. It is ideal for using in houses, factories, food outlets, restaurant, canteen, oce, hospitals, etc.

2. Never put metal objects inside the grids while in operaon.
3. Keep away from ammables.
