How do I turn on the scale?

Step onto the scale gently to activate it. The display will light up automatically. Alternatively, press the center of the platform briefly.

How do I change the unit from kg to lbs?

Turn the scale over. Locate the small button or switch on the back or bottom. Press it to toggle between kg, lb, and st (stones). The display will show the current unit.

Why does the display show 'Lo'?

'Lo' indicates low battery. Replace the two AAA batteries with new ones. Ensure correct polarity.

What does 'Err' mean?

'Err' or similar error message usually means overload. Remove weight immediately. The scale has a maximum capacity of 180 kg. Do not exceed it.

How do I clean the scale?

Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the glass surface and plastic parts. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.

How do I replace the batteries?

Turn the scale over. Slide or open the battery compartment cover. Remove old batteries and insert two new AAA batteries with correct polarity. Close the cover.

Why is the reading inconsistent?

Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface. Do not use on carpet. Also, step onto the scale evenly and stand still. The scale auto-calibrates, but uneven floors can cause variability.

For accurate readings, place the scale on a hard, level surface like tile or wood. Carpet or rugs may cause inaccurate measurements.
