IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using an electrical appliances, safety precautions should always be followed;
Read all instructions.
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it or if you are not using it.
Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are being supervised or been
given explicit instruction on how to use this appliance safely.
Do not let children play with this appliance.
If the power cord is damaged, do not use the appliance. Return the appliance to Milex. Before using this appliance, ensure that the mains powervoltage corresponds to the voltage shown on the rating label.
Never leave this appliance unattended when it is switched on.
Do not switch on the appliance if it appears to be faulty in any way.
For repairs, accessories or power cord replacement, contact Milex for assistance.
Do not immerse the base in water to clean it, or handle the appliance with wet hands.
Do not operate the appliance for more than 2 minutes at a time. Overworking the
appliance can damage its parts.
When the motor is running, do not insert your fingers or other objects into the
machine or the container.
The appliance noise value is 75dB(A).
Safety protection: The motor is equipped with a protective setting, which will turn off the unit automatically if it is being overloaded.
KNOW YOUR JUICER

MAKING FRUIT/VEGETABLE JUICE
All the parts must be assembled properly, and the clamps must be properly locked in place in order for the appliance to start operating. Cut your fruit or vegetable into small pieces so that they fit through the chute.
Place the separating mesh on the base and turn it clockwise to tighten it. Insert the filter into the connector then place the transparent cover on the appliance and lock the cover with the clamp. The interlock switch will activate and the appliance will be ready to use.
The residue cup is located under the transparent cover and the juice cup under the juice outlet.
Plug in the appliance then turn the control button to "I" or "II", to start the juicing process.
When placing the fruit or vegetable pieces in the chute, push them with the fruit press. Dispose of the remaining residue in the separator after extracting the juices from fruits or vegetables.
Note: Do not put your fingers or other things into the chute.
TROUBLESHOOTING

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always clean the appliance immediately after using it.
Clean the juicer filter (add some water into the appliance when using the cleaning function)
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, scourers, acetone or alcohol to clean
the appliance
Clean the parts with warm soapy water then rinse and dry them properly.

Please note that all Milex product returns are subject to the following conditions :
Original proof of purchase must be produced.
All accessories that come with the product are returned, and complete in all respects. Any item received with the product purchased must be returned.
All products carry a 14 day money back guarantee and an exchange if the product is unopened or unused, unless expressly indicated on the product. Thereafter item is to be booked for a repair.
All products must be returned in their original packaging.
Milex reserves the right to refer products to the head office for assessment when an in-store decision regarding defect cannot be taken.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return.
- Faults resulting from normal wear and lear:
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
- damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; - instances where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Wetsibe and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
Standard Warranty
If you have received a product which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality, but in any event within 12 months after delivery/collection of the product.
Once we have inspected the product and satisfied ourselves that the product is defective, we will at your choice repair / replace the product (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) OR credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).
Where you request a repair or a replacement of a refurbished, reconditioned product or used product and a repair is not possible, we will do our best to replace the product but at your own cost.
