OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Rice measuring and washing

- The measuring cup is mainly used to measure the amount of rice. A flat cup of rice is 0.18L (approx.150g).

1. Put washed rice into the inner pot and add water to the corresponding level (e.g., add water to high level "3" if 3 cups of rice are to be cooked), add or reduce the amount of water depending your personal taste highest level.

- No foreign matter can be allowed between inner pot and electric heating plate.

1. Wipe the interior and exterior of the inner pot with dry cloth, place it into the cooker body. Turn the inner pot gently for several times to allow its bottom come into contact with the electric heating plate.

2. Close the lid in place.

3. Cooking

The "WARM" lamp is illuminated after plugging into the outlet. The Rice Cooker are entering the cooking process until you have pressed the "COOK".

Otherwise, the Rice Cooker will still in warming process.

1. When cooking is finished, the cooking switch will pop up automatically and a "Click" will be heard. At the same time, the cooking light will go off and keep warm light will go on.

Special Hint: Rice is best served 15 minutes after cooked.

1. Use a plastic or wooden rice ladle to scoop the rice, metal utensils may damage the aluminum inner pot.

PRECAUTIONS

1. The inner pot cannot be heated on any other stove, otherwise it can be deformed easily.
2. The cooked rice start to keep warm, it is not suitable for eating immediately and it will more soft and delicious if let it kept warm for 15 minutes.
3. Rice kept warm in the pot should not be left for more than 6 hours to prevent the rice become off flavor.

CLEANNESS METHOD

1. Take the inner pot out of the electric rice cooker, wash it with detergent and rinse with fresh water and then wipe it dry with soft cloth.
2. The grain of cooked rice or other sundries may attach to electric hot plate, the fine sand paper can be used for grind them away and wipe it with soft cloth to keep the fully contact between inner pot and electric heating plate.

SAFETY NOTE

1. The earthed wall socket should be used and the plug must be inserted reliably. Do not use multipurpose socket while using other electric appliances at the same time.
2. When not in use, please pull the power cord out of the socket.
3. After insert the power cord into socket, it must be inserted to the death; otherwise the element may be burnt out by poor connection.
4. The electric rice cooker cannot placed on unstable, wet, place near fire otherwise it will be damaged or go wrong.
5. The body and cover of electric rice cooker cannot be washed with water or in water, otherwise the insulator will be damaged and become dangerous.
6. If the power cord is damaged, it must be changed with new power cord produced by the manufacturer.
7. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

ARAHAN PENGENDALIAN

1. Menyukat dan membasuh beras • Cawan penyukat digunakan untuk menyukat kuantiti beras. Satu cawan beras yang rata bersamaan dengan 0.18L (kira-kira 150g).

2. Masukkan beras yang telah dibasuh ke dalam periuk dalaman, dan tambahkan air sehingga ke paras yang berkenaan (sebagai contoh, tambahkan air sehingga ke paras "3" jika anda ingin memasak 3 cawan beras). Anda boleh tambah atau kurangkan jumlah air mengikut citarasa peribadi.

1. Apabila tamatnya proses memasak, suis Masak akan melonjak ke atas secara automatik, dan bunyi "klik" akan kedengaran. Pasa masa yang sama, lampu Masak akan padam dan lampu Kekal Panas akan menyala.

Petua khas: Nasi paling enak dihidangkan 15 minit selepas tamatnya proses memasak.

1. Gunakan senduk nasi plastik atau kayu untuk menyenduk nasi. Jangan gunakan peralatan logam kerana ia mungkin akan merosakkan periuk dalaman aluminium.

LANGKAH BERJAGA-JAGA

1. Periuk dalaman tidak boleh dipanaskan di atas sebarang dapur memasak yang lain bagi mengelakkan perubahan bentuknya.

2. Proses kekal panas akan bermula sebaik sahaja tamatnya proses memasak. Nasi yang baru siap dimasak tidak sesuai untuk dihidangkan dengan serta-merta. Ia akan menjadi lebih lembut dan sedap jika dibiarkan dalam proses kekal panas selama 15 minit.

3. Nasi yang dibiarkan kekal panas dalam periuk nasi tidak harus melebihi 6 jam bagi mengelakkan nasi daripada menjadi basi.

CARA-CARA PEMBERSIHAN

1. Keluarkan periuk dalaman dari periuk nasi elektrik, dicuci dengan bahan pencuci dan dibilas dengan air, lepas itu dilap kering dengan kain lembut.

2. Nasi kering atau bahan-bahan lain mungkin terlekat pada plat pemanasan elektrik. Anda boleh gunakan kertas pasir untuk membersihkannya, dan dilap dengan kain lembut untuk memastikan periuk dalaman dapat bersentuhan rapat dengan plat pemanasan elektrik.

NOTA KESELAMATAN

1. Soket yang dibumikan mesti digunakan, dan plag mesti dimasukkan ke dalam soket dengan baik. Jangan gunakan soket pelbagai fungsi apabila ia digunakan secara serentak dengan perkakas-perkakas elektrik yang lain.

5. Badan dan pelindung periuk nasi elektrik tidak boleh dicuci dengan air atau di dalam air bagi mengelakkan penebat daripada kerosakan atau menjadi tidak selamat.
6. Jika kord kuasa rosak, ia mesti digantikan dengan kord kuasa baharu yang dikeluarkan oleh pengilang.
7. Kanak-kanak harus diawasi bagi memastikan mereka tidak bermain dengan perkakas ini.

Nasi yang dimasak menjadi hangus atau tidak dapat masuk ke proses kekal panas secara automatik.		1. Butang Masak dan gear bersambangan dengan tul gagal berfungsis.2. Magnet kelui pengehad suhu gagal berfungsis.3. Pengawai suhu terbakar dan pendawaiianya sudah longgar.	Hantar ke Bahagian Penyelenggaraan yang ditelapkan untuk diselenggara.
