Wie installiere ich das VT-61140 Panel?

Kann ich das Panel selbst installieren?

Die Installation sollte nur von einem zertifizierten Elektriker durchgeführt werden, um Sicherheitsrisiken zu vermeiden.

Welche Garantie gilt für das Produkt?

Es gilt eine 2-jährige Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Die Garantie deckt Herstellungsfehler, jedoch keine Schäden durch falsche Installation oder abnormalen Verschleiß.

Was tun, wenn das Panel nicht leuchtet?

Überprüfen Sie die Stromversorgung und die Verkabelung. Wenn das Problem bestehen bleibt, wenden Sie sich an einen Fachmann.

Kann die Lichtquelle ausgetauscht werden?

Nein, die Lichtquelle ist nicht austauschbar. Bei Defekt muss die gesamte Leuchte ersetzt werden.

Ist das Panel für den Außenbereich geeignet?

Nein, das Panel ist nur für den Innenbereich geeignet (Schutzart IP20).

Benötige ich einen Transformator?

Nein, das Panel wird direkt mit AC 220-240V, 50/60Hz betrieben. Kein externer Transformator erforderlich.

Wie reinige ich das Panel?

Reinigen Sie das Panel mit einem trockenen Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel oder Wasser, um Schäden zu vermeiden.

Was bedeutet die IP20 Schutzart?

IP20 bedeutet Schutz gegen feste Fremdkörper ab 12,5 mm, jedoch keinen Schutz gegen Wasser. Geeignet für trockene Innenräume.

Kann ich das Panel mit einem Dimmer verwenden?

Nein, das Panel ist nicht dimmbar. Verwenden Sie es nur mit einem Ein-/Ausschalter.

Usage of product for 24 Hours a day would void the warranty. This product is warranted for manufacturing defects only.
