Wie schließe ich den Verstärker MPA 1480 an die Autobatterie an?

Verbinden Sie das +12V-Kabel mit dem Pluspol der Batterie, GND mit einem Massepunkt am Fahrzeugchassis und REM mit dem Remote-Ausgang des Radios. Verwenden Sie Kabel mit mindestens 2,5 mm² Querschnitt.

Welche Sicherungstypen werden benötigt?

Der Verstärker hat zwei integrierte 35A-Sicherungen. Ersetzen Sie defekte Sicherungen nur durch den gleichen Typ, niemals mit höherer Stromstärke.

Kann ich den Verstärker im Brückenmodus betreiben?

Ja, der MPA 1480 unterstützt Brückenbetrieb. An den gebrückten Ausgängen (CH1/CH2 oder CH3/CH4) können Lautsprecher mit 4 - 8 Ohm angeschlossen werden. Die RMS-Leistung beträgt dann 240 W pro Kanal.

Warum gibt es keinen Ton aus den Lautsprechern?

Mögliche Ursachen: Remote-Kabel ohne Spannung, Sicherung defekt, lose Stromkabel oder fehlendes Eingangssignal. Überprüfen Sie alle Verbindungen und die Spannungsversorgung.

Wie stelle ich die Verstärkung (Gain) richtig ein?

Drehen Sie den Gain-Regler auf Minimum, erhöhen Sie die Lautstärke des Radios auf etwa 75 %, und drehen Sie dann den Gain langsam auf, bis Verzerrungen hörbar werden. Dann etwas zurückdrehen. Optimaler Bereich: 180 mV - 8 V.

Was bedeuten die Filtereinstellungen HPF, FULL und LPF?

HPF (Hochpass): lässt nur Frequenzen über der eingestellten Grenze durch (für Hochtöner). LPF (Tiefpass): nur Frequenzen unter der Grenze (für Subwoofer). FULL: kein Filter, Vollbereich.

Wie reinige ich den Verstärker richtig?

Verwenden Sie ein trockenes oder leicht feuchtes Tuch. Keine Reinigungsmittel, Lösungsmittel oder Scheuermittel, da diese die Oberfläche beschädigen können.

Der Verstärker schaltet sich nach einiger Zeit ab - was tun?

Das ist die thermische Schutzschaltung bei Überschreitung von 90°C. Sorgen Sie für ausreichende Belüftung und prüfen Sie die Impedanz der Lautsprecher (nicht unter 2 Ohm Stereo / 4 Ohm Mono).

Kann ich den Verstärker mit einem 8-Volt-Bordnetz betreiben?

Nein, die Versorgungsspannung muss 11 - 16 V DC betragen. Ein 8-Volt-System ist nicht ausreichend und kann zu Fehlfunktionen führen.

Safety Notes

Ensure to follow below safety notes during installation and wiring connection: -

• Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Refer to the safety notes of the vehicle manufacturer.
• Ensure positions of the holes are nowhere near the vehicle component to avoid any damage during drilling.
• Ensure cross section of the cable is no less than 2.5mm^2 if the positive and negative cables are too long.
• Incorrect installation may result in malfunction of the device or the car sound system.

Installation and Connection Instructions

• Select a dry and well-ventilated location to install the device.
• The device must not be installed in overly exposed location such on therear shelf, rear seat etc.
• The installation location must be suitable for screw holes and have stable ground support.

Integrated Fuse

The integrated fuse in the device protects the output voltage and the entire electrical system in case of malfunction. Do not replace damaged fuse with higher current.
