Der Roboter kehrt nicht zur Ladestation zurück. Was tun?

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Ladestation an einer freien Stelle ohne Hindernisse steht. Reinigen Sie die Ladekontakte am Roboter und der Station. Versuchen Sie einen Neustart des Roboters. Wenn das Problem bestehen bleibt, prüfen Sie die Sensorabdeckung.

Wie reinige ich den Staubbehälter des TH27U1?

Drücken Sie die Entriegelungstaste und heben Sie den Staubbehälter heraus. Entleeren Sie ihn über einem Mülleimer. Spülen Sie den Behälter und den HEPA-Filter mit Wasser aus (Filter vollständig trocknen lassen). Setzen Sie alles wieder ein.

Kann der Roboter Teppiche reinigen?

Ja, der TH27U1 hat eine Saugkraft von 2200 Pa, die für Teppiche geeignet ist. Bei hohen Teppichflusen kann die Wischfunktion deaktiviert werden.

Wie lange hält der Akku und wie wird er geladen?

Der 2600 mAh Akku hält 90–120 Minuten im normalen Modus. Der Roboter lädt automatisch an der Station auf. Eine vollständige Aufladung dauert ca. 4–5 Stunden.
