Disposal of your old appliance (as per e-waste Rules)

1. When this crossed out wheeled bin symbol is depicted on the product and its operator's manual, it means the product is covered by the e-waste Management and Handling Rules, 2011 and are meant to be recycled, dismantled, refurbished or disposed off.

2. Do's

a. The product is required to be handed over only to the authorized recycler for disposal.

b. Keep the product in isolated area, after it becomes non-functional / unreparable so as to prevent its accidental breakage.

Don'ts

a. The product should not be opened by the user himself/herself, but only by authorized service personnel.

b. The product is not meant for re-sale to any unauthorized agencies/scrap dealer/ kabariwalah.

c. The product is not meant for mixing into household waste stream.

d. Do not keep any replaced spare part(s) from the product in exposed area.

1. Any disposal through unauthorized agencies/person will attract action under Environment (Protection) Act 1986.

2. Hazards of improper handling or accidental breakage

a. The refrigerant (R134a) used, if overexposed, might cause dizziness and loss of concentration. Liquid contact can cause irritation and frostbite. The refrigerant (R600a), squirting out of the pipes could ignite or cause eye injury.

b. The blowing agent cyclopentane is highly flammable liquid and vapor. Harmful to aquatic life. Contact with liquid may cause cold burns / frost bites. Repeated exposure causes skin dryness.

1. "This product is complied with the requirement of Hazardous Substances as specified under Rule 13 (1) & (2) of the E-Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2011".

अपने पुराने उपकरण का निपटान (उत्पाद ई-अपशिष्ट के अनुसार)

1. जाब इस काटे गये पाहिये वाले बिन का चिंहन किसी उपकरण और उसके आपरेटक की पुस्तिका के साथ संलग होता हैं तो इसका अर्थ है-अपशित्ट (प्रथवन और इस्थालन) नियम 2011 के अन्तर्गत सम्मिलित किथा गया है, और इसका मतालय है हे नवीनीकरण करणा, तहस-गहस करणा, सुनिशिवत कर सई है।

क- उपकरण को सिफं अधिकृत पुनः नवीनीकरणकता अधिकारी को निपटारण करने हेतु हस्तान्तरित करे।

ख- जब उपकरण कार्यरत न हो तो इसे अलग क्षेत्र में रखे ताकि इससे होने वाली दुर्घटनाओं से बवा जा सके।

ना करे-

क- इस उपकरण को स्वयं/खुद नही खोलना चाहिए! उपकरण को केवल अधिकृत अधिकारी के द्वारा ही खोला जाना चाहिए।

ख-इसका मतलब यह नही है कि उपकरण को पुनः बिक्री के लिए किसी भी अनाधिकृत संस्था / भंगार-वाला / कबाडीवाला को न दें।

ग— इस उपकरण का मतलब यह बिल्कुल नही है कि इसे किसी परेलू सामान के साथ मिलाकर रख दें।

घ- उजागर क्षेत्र में अतिरिक्त पूर्णों को नही बदलना चाहिए।

1. यादि किसी अनाधिकृत विभार्ग या व्यक्ति के द्वारा निपटारण किया जाता है तो यह पर्यावरण (सरक्षा) घारा 1986 के अन्तर्गत आता है।

2. दुर्घटनाग्रस्त दूट फूट तथा अव्यवरिथित रख-रखाव से बचाय ।

क-रेफीजरेन्ट (R134a) यादि सम्पर्क में अधिक आता है तों, चक्कर आना व एकाग्रता में बाधा उपन्न हो राकती है, तरल पदार्थ का सीधा सम्पर्क, शीतदंश व जलन का कारण हो साकता है। इसी प्रकार रेफीजरेन्ट

(R 600a) का पाईपों से रिसाव होने से आग लग सकती है तथा ऑँखे भी खराब हो सकती है।

स- साइक्लोपेंटेन अत्यन्त ज्वलनशील तरल व वाष्णीय घोने के कारण उद्धित जीवन के लिए काफी नूकसान देह हो सकता है। तरल पदार्थ के सम्पर्क में आने पर दण्डी जलन तथा बार बार सम्पर्क मै आने से तवचा श्रूक हो सकती है।

1. यह उत्पाद ई-अपशिष्ट (प्रबंधन और हथालन) नियम 2011 के अन्तर्गत 13(1) एवं (2) के तहत निर्दिष्ट खतरनाक पदाथों की आवश्यकता का पालन करता है।

If gas used is R600a

* R600a गैस का प्रयोग किये गए रेफ्रिजरेटर के लिए सुरक्षा संबंधी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी -

This appliance contains a small amount of isobutane refrigerant (R600a), natural gas with high environmental compatibility, but it is also combustible. When transporting and installing the appliance, care should be taken to ensure that no parts of the refrigerating circuit are damaged. Refrigerant squirting out of the pipes could ignite or cause an eye injury. If a leak is detected, avoid any naked flames or potential sources of ignition and ventilate the room in which the appliance is installed for several minutes.

Never start up an appliance showing any signs of damage. If any doubt, consult your dealer.

इस उपकरण में (आइसोब्यूटेन R600a) का प्रयोग किया गया है। यह प्राकृतिक गैस उच्च पर्यावरण अनुकूलित है, परंतु यह दहनशील भी है। परिवहन और स्थापना करते समय सुनिश्चित करें कि रेफ्रिजरेट सर्किट का कोई भी हिस्सा क्षतिग्रस्त ना हो, इससे रेफ्रिजरेट लीक हो सकता है जिससे आग लगने की संभावना या ऑँखे क्षितिग्रस्त हो सकती है। यदि किसी भी प्रकार के रिसाव का पता चले तो आग और कोई भी इग्नीशन स्रोत को दूर रखें और रेफ्रिजरेटर की पास वाली जगह को खुली रखें। किसी भी प्रकार के नुकसान होने के लक्षण पर उपकरण को चालू ना करें और समस्या होने पर डीलर से सम्पर्क करें।

- Natural Gas (isobutene, R600a) is an environment-friendly refrigerant, even a small amount (30\~90g) is combustible. When the gas is leaked due to severe damage during delivering, installing or using the refrigerator, any spark may cause fire or burn.

गैस (R600a) - चूकि इस रेफ्रिजरेटर में पर्यावरण को नुकसान न पहुंचाने वाले रेफ्रिजरेटर के रूप में प्राकृतिक गैस (आइसोब्यूटेन R600a) का प्रयोग किया जाता है, इसलिए थोड़ी मात्रा (30\~90 ग्रा.) भी ज्वलनशील होती है जब रेफ्रिजरेटर की डिलीवरी करने, संस्थापित करने या उसका इस्तेमाल करने के दौरान गंभीर क्षति के कारण गैस का रिसाव होता है, तो किसी भी चिंगारी से आग लग सकती है या आप जल सकते हैं।

Important Safety Information

BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS / मुख्य सुरक्षा सावधानियां

This guide contains many important safety messages. Always read and obey all safety messages. इस गाइड में बहुत से महत्वपूर्ण सुरक्षा सन्देश हैं। सभी सुरक्षा सन्देशों को सदैव पढ़े और पालन करें।

This is the safety alert symbol. It alerts you to safety messages that inform you of hazards that can kill or hurt you or cause damage to the product. All safety messages will be preceded by the safety alert symbol and the hazard signal word DANGER, WARNING, or CAUTION. These words mean:

यह सुरक्षा के प्रति सजग होने का प्रतिरूप है। यह आपको सुरक्षा सन्देशों के प्रति सचेत करता है और उन खतरों से अवगत कराता है जो आपको या किसी अन्य को मार सकते हैं या क्षति पहुँचा सकते हैं या उत्पाद को नुकसान पहुँचा सकते हैं। सभी सुरक्षा सन्देश और क्षति संकेत शब्द DANGER, WARNING or CAUTION प्रतिरूप द्वारा पहले से बता दिये जायेंगे। इन शब्दों का अर्थ है :

	DANGERखतरा	You will be killed or seriously injured if you don't follow instructions.यदि आप निर्देशों का पालन नहीं करेंगे तो आपकी मृत्यु या गम्भीर क्षति हो सकती है।
	WARNINGचेतावनी	You can be hurt or seriously injured if you don't follow instructions.यदि आप निर्देशों का पालन नहीं करेंगे तो आपको गम्भीर क्षति हो सकती है।
	CAUTIONसावधानी	Indicates an imminently hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury, or product damage.सावधानी खतरे की स्थिति को दर्शाता है जिसको यदि हटाया नहीं गया तो यहछोटी या साधारण क्षति पहुँचा सकता है या उत्पाद खराब हो सकता है।

All safety messages will identify the hazard, tell you how to reduce the chance of injury, and tell you what can happen if the instructions are not followed.

सभी सुरक्षा सन्देश खतरों की पहचान कराते हैं और बताते हैं कि क्षति के अवसर को कैसे कम किया जाए और बताते हैं कि यदि निर्देशों का पालन नहीं किया गया तो क्या हो सकता है।

WARNING / चेतावनी

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons when using your product, basic safety precautions should be followed, including the following.

उत्पाद को इस्तेमाल करते समय किसी व्यक्ति को आग, विद्युत आघात या क्षति की जोखिम को कम करने के लिए मुख्य सुरक्षा सावधानियों का निम्नलिखित का पालन करना चाहिए

1. When connecting the power / विद्युत आपूर्ति जोड़ते समय

- The dedicated outlet/socket should be used. निर्धारित आउटलेट का ही प्रयोग करें।

Using several devices at one outlet may cause fire. एक ही आउटलेट पर कई उपकरण लगाने से आग लग सकती है।

- Do not allow the power plug to face upward or to be squeezed at the back of the refrigerator. पावर प्लग का मूँह ऊपर की ओर न रखें और न ही रेफ्रिरजेटर के पीछे की ओर सिकोडें।

Water may be flown into or the plug may be damaged, which causes fire or electric shock.

प्लग के अन्दर पानी जा सकता है या प्लग क्षितिग्रस्त हो सकता है जिससे आग या विद्युत आधात लग सकता है।

- Power supply cord should not be bend or pressed under heavy object. पावर सप्लाई कोर्ड को किसी भारी चीज से मुड़ने या दबने न दें, इससे वह क्षतिग्रस्त हो जायेगी।

It may damage the power cord to cause fire or electric shock. इसासे पावर कोर्ड खराब हो सकती है जिससे आग या विद्युत आघात लग सकता है।

- Do not extend or modify the length of the power supply cord. पावर सप्लाई कोई की लम्बाई को न तो बढ़ाएं और न ही कोई बदलाव करें।

It causes electric shock or fire by the electric damage of the power cord or others.

पावर कोर्ड के क्षतिग्रस्त होने से विद्युत आधात या आग लग सकती है।

1. When connecting the power / विद्युत आपूर्ति जोड़ते समय

- Remove water or dust from the power plug and insert it with the ends of the pins securely connected.

पावर प्लग पर से पानी या धूल को साफ कर लें और साँकेट में लगाते समय पिन ठीक से लगी हुई होनी चाहिए।

Dust, water or unstable connection may fire or electric shock.

धूल, पानी या अस्थित कनैक्शन से आग या विद्धुत आघात लग सकता है।

- When the power cord or the power plug is damaged or the holes of the outlet are loosen, do not use them.

जब पावर कोर्ड या पावर प्लग क्षतिग्रस्त हों या आउटलेट के सूराख ढीले हों तो उन्हें इस्तेमाल न करें।

It may cause electric shock or short circuit to make fire. इससे विद्युत आघात लग सकता है या शॉट सर्किट होने से आग लग सकती है।

1. When using the refrigerator/रेफ्रिजरेटर इस्तेमाल करते समय

- Do not place the heavy object or the dangerous object (container with liquid) on the refrigerator.

रेफ्रिजरेटर के ऊपर भारी सामान या कोई खतरनाक वस्तु (पानी का बर्तन) न रखें।

It may be dropped to cause injury, fire or electric shock when opening or closing the door.

रेफ्रिजरेटर का दरवाजा खोलते या बन्दकरते समय वह गिर सकता है जिससे क्षति, आग या विद्युत्त आघात लग सकता है।

- Do not install the refrigerator in the wet place where water or rain splashes.

रेफ्रिजरेटर को ऐसे स्थान पर न लगाएं जो गीला हो या जहां पर पानी या बारिश गिरती हो।

Deterioration of insulation of electric parts may cause current leakage.

विद्युत भागों के इन्सुलेशन को छेड़ने से उनमें करंट उत्पन्न हो सकता है।

- Do not keep any other electrical appliance on top/inside of refrigerator such as TV, Cooler, Temple, Decoration Lighting, Harmful Chemicals, Cloth Top etc.

कोई अन्य विद्युत उपकरण जैसे टीवी, कूलर, पूजा घर, सजावटी लाईट, हानिकारक रसायन, कपड़े का टॉप इत्यादि रेफ्रिजरेटर के ऊपर/अन्दर

न रखें।

It may cause explosion or fire. इससे विस्फोट हो सकता है या आग लग सकती है।

- Do not pull out the cord or touch the power plug with wet hands. भीगे हार्थों से पावर कोर्ड को न निकालें और न पावर

प्लग को छुएं।

It may cause electric shock or injury.

इससे विद्युत आधात लग सकता है या क्षति हो सकती है।

• Make sure of grounding. ग्राउन्डिंग अवश्य कर लैं।

The incorrect grounding may cause breakdown and electric shock. गलत ग्राउन्डिंग से विद्युत आधात लग सकता है।

Ground Wire Copper Flat More than 30 inches

- Do not cling to the door, shelves of the freezer or refrigerator.

रेफ्रिजरेटर के दरवाजे, शैल्प्ज, फ्रीजर के या कूल चैम्बर से चिपटें नहीं।

It may make the refrigerator fall down or damage the hands. Especially, do not allow the children to do the above.

इसासे रेफ्रिजरेटर गिर सकता है या हार्थों को क्षति पहुँचा सकता है। विशेषतः बच्चों को ऐसा न करने दें।

- Do not use or store inflammable materials e.g. ether, benzene, alcohol, medicine, LP gas or spray etc. near or in the refrigerator.

ज्वलनशील पदार्थ जैसे ईथर, बैंजीन, एल्कोहल, औषधि, एलपी गैस या स्प्रे आदि रेफ्रिजरेटर के

पास या अन्दर न रखें। It may cause explosion or fire.

इससे विस्फोट हो सकता है या आग लग सकती है।

• Do not store the medicine or the academic materials in the refrigerator.

रेफ्रिजरेटर के अंदर औषधियां या स्कूल का सामान न रखें।

When the material with the strict temperature control is stored, it may be deteriorated or it may make an unexpected reaction to cause any risk.

जब कोई विशेष तापमान पर रखने बाला सामान रैफिजरेटर में खवा जाता है, वह खराब हो सकता है या उससे ऐसी प्रतिक्रिया हो सकती है जिससे कोई भी खतरा हो सकता है।

- When gas is leaked, do not touch the refrigerator or the outlet and ventilate the room immediately.

गैस निकलते समय रेफ्रिजरेटर या आउटलेट को न छुएं और तुरन्त कमरे में हवा आने दें।

It may cause explosion or fire.

इससे विस्फोट हो सकता है या आग लग साकती है।

- Do not spray water at the outside or inside of the refrigerator or do not clean it with benzene or thinner.

- When disposing the refrigerator, remove the door Gasket from the Door.

रेफ्रिजरेटर को नष्ट करने से पहले दरवाजे से गैसकेट निकाल दें।

- Do not allow any person except the qualified engineer to disassemble, repair or alter the refrigerator.

विशेष़ा इंजीनियर के अतिरिक्त किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से रेफ्रिजरेटर को न खोलने दें और न ही कोई मरम्मत

या परिवर्तन करने दें।

It may cause injury, electric shock or fire.

इससे चोट या विद्धुत आधात लग साकता है।

- Do not close or cover the exit hole of cold air.

ठंडी हवा निकलने वाले छेदों को बन्द या ढकें नहीं।

- Avoid the heating devices near the refrigerator.

- When any strange smell or smoke is detected from the refrigerator, disconnect the power plug immediately and contact to the service center.

जब रेफ्रिजरेटर से कोई विशेष गन्ध या धुआँ निकलता दिखाई दे तो तुरन्त पावर फ्लग निकाल

दें और सर्विस सेन्टर से सम्पर्क करें।

- Do not use the refrigerator for non-domestic purpose (storing medicine or testing material, using at the ship, etc.).

गैर घरेलू उद्देश्य (औषधि रखने, पदार्थ के परीक्षण करने या समुद्र जहाज पर प्रयोग करने) के लिए रेफ्रिजरेटर का इस्तेमाल न करें।

It may cause an unexpected risk such as fire, electric shock, deterioration of stored material or chemical reaction.

इसारो आशारहित जोखिम जैरो आग, विद्युत आघात, रखे हुए सामान का सड़ना या रासायनिक प्रतिक्रिया हो सकती हैं।

- Install the refrigerator on the solid and leveled floor. रेफ्रिजरेटर को ठोस और समतल फर्श पर ही लगाएं।

Installing it on the unstable place may cause danger by falling down the refrigerator when opening or closing the door.

अस्थिर स्थान पर लगाने से खोलते या बन्द करते समय रेफ्रिजरेटर के गिरने से हानि हो सकती है।

- When you want to dispose the refrigerator, contact to Customer Care Centre.

जब आप रेफ्रिजरेटर को नष्ट करना चाहें तो ग्राहक सेवा केन्द्र से सम्पर्क करें।

When you want to dispose the large living waste such as electric home appliance, you'd better contact the Customer Care Centre.

जब आप बहुत ज्यादा व्यर्थ पड़े सामान जैसे बिजली के घरेलू उपकरण या फर्नीचर इत्यादि को नष्ट करना चाहें तो ग्राहक सेवा केन्द्र से सम्पर्क करे।

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for thier safety. यह उपकरण उन व्यक्तियों (बच्चों सहित) के लिए उपयोगी नहीं है जो कम शारीरिक, संवेदी या मानसिक क्षमताओं वाले हैं या उनमें अनुभव एवं झान की कमी है, जब तक कि उनको उनकी सुरक्षा के लिए जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति द्वारा उपकरण के उपयोग से साम्बन्धित पर्यवेक्षण या निर्देंश न दे।
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि बच्चे उपकरण के साथ नहीं खेलॉगे, बच्चों को निगरानी में रखना चाहिए।
• If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

यदि विद्युत आपूर्ति कोर्ड क्षतिग्रस्त है तो खतरे से बचने के लिए उसको निर्माता, सर्विंस एजेंट उसी प्रकार के योग्य व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाना चाहिए।

- Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

निर्माता द्वारा सुझाए गये उपायों के अतिरिक्त डिफ्रॉस्टिंग प्रक्रिया को तेज करने के लिए किसी यांत्रिक युक्ति या अन्य तरकीब का प्रयोग न करें।

- Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.

रेफ्रिजरेंट सर्किट को क्षति न पहैचाएं।

- Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.

उपकरण के खाद्य भण्डारण कम्पार्टमेंट में विद्युत उपकरणों का प्रयोग न करें जब तक कि निर्माता ढारा न सुझाया गया हो।

- Keep the ventilation open in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure clear of obstruction.

उपकरण के क्षेत्र में वेंटीलेशन को खुला रखें या निर्मित संरचना को अवरोधमुक्त रखें।

CAUTION/ सावधानी

- Do not touch food or containers at the refrigerator with wet hands.

It may freeze the contents to break the bottle to cause injury.

- As Deodorizer is located in cooling air path for circulating air in fresh food compartment, there is no need for any handling.

- Do not prick the cooling air inlet with a sharp tip because Deodorizer may be damaged.

If the food in the refrigerator is not as cold as you would like or if you wish to lower the temperature of the refrigerator, set temperature on fifth notch.

If food in the refrigerator is frozen or if you wish to increase the temperature of the freezer, set temperature from range between first and second notch.

यदि रेफ्रिजरेटर में भोजन उतना ठंडा नहीं होता जितना ठंडा आप करना चाहते है या यदि आप रेफ्रिजरेटर का तापमान कम करना चाहते हैं, तो तापमान को पांचवे नॉँच पर सौट करें।

WARNING

During Vacations

During average length vacations, you will probably find it best to leave the refrigerator in operation. Place freezable items in freezer for longer life. When you plan to be away for an extended period, remove all food, disconnect the power cord, clean the interior thoroughly, and leave each door OPEN to prevent odour formation. To operate again, let the refrigerator run for 6-8 hrs. for stabilization.

2. Refrigerator attempts to start, but does not operate.	-Low Voltage.	Install a line-correcting transformer in the mains, or a Voltage Stabilizer.
3. Refrigerator compartment - Low Cooling	-Restriction of cold air circulation.-Improper setting of Freezer Temperature Control / Refrigerator Temperature Control.	Provide space in between the dishes. If the shelves are covered with cloth or polythene, remove it.Set the Refrigerator Temperature Control button to colder (Max 5 ~7) position.Freezer Temperature Control button to be adjusted accordingly.
	-Entry of hot air.	Opening and closing of the doors too often will result in hot air from outside rushing into the refrigerator causing the temperature to go up. Reduce the frequency of opening of the doors.
	-Storing hot foods.	Avoid storing hot foods in the refrigerator, cool them to room temperature before placing them inside the refrigerator.
4. Formation of water drops on exterior of refrigerator.	-High humidity during monsoon season.	During the monsoon, when the humidity in the atmosphere reaches around 90% water droplets may form around the sides of the refrigerator cabinet, especially the top portion. This moisture should be wiped off periodically. Contact our serviceman to check the door seal or proper and uniform contact with the cabinet.
5. Refrigerator Compartment Overcooling	-Incorrect setting of Refrigerator Temperature Control button.	Lower the setting (1~3) of Refrigerator Temperature Control button to make the Refrigerator Compartment warmer.
6. Smell	-Improper covering and wrapping of food.	Wrap and cover food stuffs properly. Place caps on bottles and other liquid stores.
7. Difficulty in formation of ice and ice-cream.	-Incorrect setting of Freezer Temperature Control Knob.-Bowls used	For faster Ice & Ice-cream formation adjust the Freezer TemperatureUse Ice trays for ice making
8. Noise	Normal cut-off/ cut-in-noise	Whenever refrigerator starts & stop there is noise of Compressor start/stop.This is a normal phenomenon.

2. रैफिजरेटर चालू होने लगता है पर काम नहीं करता	- कम बोल्टेज़	मेन्स में लाईन - करेक्टिंग ट्रांसफॉर्मर लगाएं या बोल्टेज स्टेबिलाईजर का इस्तेमाल करें।
3. रैफिजरेटर में रखे खाथ पदार्थाँ का कम तंडा होना	- ठंडी हवा के प्रवाह में रुकावट- गलत थर्मार्टेट नियंत्रण का चयन- गर्ग हवा का प्रवेश- गर्ग भोजन का भंडारण	बर्तनों के बीच जगह बनाएं। शैल्फ कपड़े या पोलिथीन से ढळकी हो तो उन्हें हटा दें।रैफिजरेटर में अधिक तंडक के लिए रैफिजरेटर ताप नियंत्रक नोब को अधिकतम 5~7 स्थिति पर रखें तथा प्रीजर में अधिकतम तंडक के लिए ताप नियंत्रक नोब के द्वारा नियंत्रण करें।बार-बार दरवाजा खोलने से बाहर की गर्ग हवा रैफिजरेटर से प्रवेश करती है. दरवाजा कम से कम खोले।गर्ग पदार्थ रैफिजरेटर में रखने से बचें. रैफिजरेटर में भंडारण से पहले उन्हें कमरे के तापमान तक तंडा कर लें।
4. रैफिजरेटर के बाहर पानी की बूरें जमना	- मानसूनी मौसम के कारण अत्यधिक आर्द्रता	मानसून के मौसम में जबकि वातावरण में आर्द्रता 90% तक हो जाती है तो रैफिजरेटर की बगल में, खास तौर पर ऊपरी हिस्से में पानी की बूरें जम सकती हैं, इस नमी को समय-समय पर साफ करना चाहिएं. हमारे सर्विस प्रतिनिधि को बुलाकर ये जांच करवा लीजिए कि दरवाजे केबिनेट के साथ एक समान संपर्क में हैं और अच्छी तरह बंद होते हैं।
5. रैफिजरेटर कग्पार्टमेंट – अधिक तंडा होना	- रैफिजरेटर ताप नियंत्रक नोब की गलत स्थिति	रैफिजरेटर ताप नियंत्रक नोब को 1~3 तक रखें।
6. गंघ का होना	- खाद्य पदार्थ टीक से ढके और लपेट नहीं गए	खाद्य पदार्थों को अच्छी तरह ढक कर और लपेट कर रखें. तरल पदार्थों को बोतलों और दूसरे पात्रों पर ढक्कन लगाकर रखें।
7. बर्फ और आइस क्रीम के गठन मे कटिनाई	- प्रीजर ताप नियंत्रक की गलत स्थिति- बर्तनों का उपयोग सामान्य रूप से रैफिजरेटर के बंद/चालू होने की आवाज	बर्फ या आइसक्रीम जमाने के लिए फ्रीजर ताप नियंत्रक नोब को नियंत्रित करें।बर्फ जमाने के लिए आइस ट्रें का इस्तेमाल करें।कम्प्रेशर के चालू/बंद होने के कारण रैफिजरेटर चालू/बंद होता रहता है जिससे आवाज आती है। यह सामान्य प्रक्रिया है।
8. आवाज

The LG Refrigerator comes with 9*(Selected Model) year warranty, from the date of purchase, that comprises of a 1 year warranty on all Parts (except Consumables, Loose Plastic Parts, Glass) in the first year and thereafter a 9* (Selected Model) year Additional warranty on the compressor, from the date of purchase of the product, provided always that the warranty card bears the rubber stamp, date and signature of our Authorised Dealer.

9\* YEAR ADDITIONAL WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR (Selected Model)

The 9*(Selected Model) year warranty on Compressor will continue even after the expiry of 1 year period from the date of purchase. This warranty covers Compressor only. Gas/Gas Charging will be charged to the customer. Gas charging is included only when compressor is defective & inoperative. During the additional warranty period, it does not cover any part such as condenser, freezer, capillary, suction line, overload protector, relay, thermostat etc.. Standard visiting charges will be applicable within the municipal limit of town where LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (LGEIL) has its Authorized Service centre, Service outside municipal limit will attract to and fro traveling, other incidental expenses in addition to standard visiting charges, as prevailing from time to time. During the warranty period, only the parts replaced or repaired shall be free of costs, but service charges shall always be payable by the customer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the Refrigerator only & is non-transferable.
2. Repairs & replacements will be carried out by the dealer from whom the product has been purchased, or through the Authorized Service Centers of LGEIL. In case the customer shifts the place of residence during warranty period, it is advised to contact Authorized Service Centre directly or call our help line.

3. Repairs under warranty shall be carried out by an authorized service personnel only. The details of centralized help lines are attached.

4. For units installed beyond municipal limits of the jurisdiction of company's Authorized Service Center, it is responsibility of the purchaser to contact the nearest authorized service center and bring the unit to the authorized service center at its own cost and risk. All expenses incurred in collecting the units or parts thereof from the company's authorized service center, as well as expenses incurred with deputizing of service personnel/technicians towards conveyance and other incidentals etc. will be borne by the customer. Local Charges for transportation and handling charges may vary from location to location. Customers are advised to verify before. In case the customer desires to bring the unit on its own to the Authorized Service Centre, the same shall be at its own risks & consequences.

5. The concerned authorized service center will advise the customer whether to effect the repairs at site or at the authorized service center.

6. Call registered with the centralized helpline/Authorized service center, wherein only cleaning of the unit/parts in the unit due to dust accumulation on portions of the unit, general explanations/returning, are not to be considered as defects.

7. In case of repairs or replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Replacement of parts would be purely at the discretion of LGEIL alone. In case the replacement of the entire unit is being made, (subject to the sole discretion of LG), the same model shall be replaced and in the event such model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with the model of price equivalent at the time of purchase.

8. In case of any damage to the product / customer abuse/ repairs by un-authorised personnels/ misuse detected/ by the Authorized Service Center personnel, the warranty conditions are not applicable and repairs will be done subject to availability of parts and on a chargeable basis only.

9. This warranty shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly out of any defect in the Refrigerator. The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of defective parts only under the warranty period.

10. The company or its Authorized Service Center reserves the right to retain any part/s or component replaced at its discretion, in the event of a defect being noticed in the equipment during warranty period.

11. While the company will make every effort to carry out repairs at the earliest, it however is made expressly clear that the company is under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.

12. Warranty does not cover accessories external to the equipment supplied by the dealer.

13. If any coloured internal or external components are replaced, there will be commitment to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer's unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer's request will be on chargeable basis except the component which actually needed.

Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases :

1. The warranty card is not completed properly at the time of purchase. 2. The completed warranty card is not presented to authorized service personnel at the time of service of the product. 3. The product is not operated according to instructions given in the Operating Instruction Booklet. 4. Defects are caused by improper or reckless use, which shall be determined by the company personnel. 5. Any repair work is carried out by persons other than authorized service personnel. 6. Defects are caused by due to causes beyond control like lightening, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service center or purchaser's residence. 7. The warranty is not valid in case, the serial number is deleted, defected or altered.

Damage to the product or any part/s due to transportation or shifting is not covered by warranty. 9. a) This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period of 12 months, even if the Refrigerator may not be in use for any time during the warranty period for any reason. b) The warranty on compressor will automatically terminate on expiry of 4 or 9*(Selected Model) years (after 1 year warranty period) even if the Refrigerator may not be in use for any time during the said period for any reason. 10. Only courts in state of Delhi and places where LGEIL has its branch office shall have the jurisdiction for settling any claims, disputes arising under the warranty.
