Legen Sie das Headset in die Ladeschale der Basisstation. Die Verbindung erfolgt automatisch über DECT. Die LED an der Basisstation zeigt die Verbindung an.

Kann ich das Headset zum Musikhören nutzen?

Ja, das Headset unterstützt Musikwiedergabe. Verbinden Sie es per EPOS Connect oder über das mitgelieferte USB-Kabel mit Ihrem Gerät. Die Lautstärke wird getrennt reguliert.

Wie stelle ich die Reichweite ein?

Drücken Sie die Mute-Taste und legen Sie das Headset in die Basisstation. Im DIP-Schalter können Sie zwischen 10 m, 50 m und 100 m wählen. Details finden Sie in der Anleitung.

Warum leuchtet die LED an der Basisstation ständig?

Eine dauerhaft grüne LED zeigt an, dass das Headset mit der Basisstation verbunden ist. Blinkt die LED, geht ein Anruf ein oder die Verbindung wird hergestellt.

Wie führe ich eine Konferenz mit Gästen durch?

Halten Sie die Mute-Taste gedrückt und setzen Sie das Gast-Headset auf. Um weitere Gäste hinzuzufügen, wiederholen Sie den Vorgang. Bis zu 3 Gäste sind möglich.

Wie überprüfe ich den Akkustand?

Im Ruhezustand (kein Anruf/Musik) drücken Sie die Lautstärketaste. Sprachansagen geben den ungefähren Ladestand in 20%-Stufen an. Bei unter 20% erhalten Sie eine Erinnerung.

Kann ich das Headset auch mit einem Bluetooth- oder USB-Headset kombinieren?

Ja, Sie können ein Bluetooth- oder USB-Gast-Headset über die Basisstation anmelden. Folgen Sie der Anleitung für die Konferenzschaltung.

Wie tausche ich das Ohrpolster aus?

Ziehen Sie das alte Ohrpolster vorsichtig ab. Drücken Sie das neue Polster auf den Hörer, bis es einrastet. Achten Sie auf die korrekte Ausrichtung.

Was tun, wenn das Headset nicht lädt?

Prüfen Sie den Sitz in der Ladeschale und die USB-Verbindung. Reinigen Sie die Kontakte mit einem trockenen Tuch. Falls nötig, setzen Sie das Headset zurück (siehe Anleitung).

Wie setze ich das Headset auf die Werkseinstellungen zurück?

Drücken und halten Sie die Mute-Taste für 10 Sekunden im eingeschalteten Zustand. Alle Einstellungen werden gelöscht. Danach müssen Sie das Headset neu anmelden.
