Wie lade ich das EPOS Impact DW Pro 2 ML Headset?

Legen Sie das Headset in die Ladeschale der Basisstation. Die LED zeigt den Ladestatus an: 50% nach ca. 20 Minuten, 100% nach ca. 1 Stunde.

Wie stelle ich eine Verbindung zwischen Headset und Basisstation her?

Nehmen Sie das Headset aus der Basisstation. Standardmäßig wird die Verbindung automatisch aufgebaut (Auto Link). Falls nicht, drücken Sie die Verbindungstaste am Headset oder nutzen Sie den manuellen Modus.

Wie wechsle ich die Ohrpolster?

Die Ohrpolster sind austauschbar. Ziehen Sie das alte Polster vorsichtig ab und drücken Sie das neue Polster fest auf den Hörer.

Wie führe ich eine Telefonkonferenz durch?

Verbinden Sie bis zu vier Headsets (1 Master + 3 Gäste) mit einer Basisstation. Das Master-Headset steuert die Konferenz. Legen Sie die Gäste-Headsets in die Ladeschale, um sie zu verbinden.

Welche Reichweite hat das Headset?

Im weiten Bereich bis zu 55 m, im geringen Bereich (z.B. bei vielen DECT-Geräten) ca. 10 m. Stellen Sie die Reichweite über DIP-Schalter 4 ein.

Kann ich die Lautstärketasten umkehren?

Ja, die Richtung der Lautstärketasten (+, -) kann über einen DIP-Schalter umgekehrt werden. Siehe Kurzanleitung.

Wie konfiguriere ich das Headset für Softphones?

Laden Sie die Software EPOS Connect von www.eposaudio.com/connect herunter. Damit können Sie Einstellungen wie Anrufsteuerung und Audiooptimierung vornehmen.

Was bedeuten die DIP-Schalter an der Basisstation?

Die DIP-Schalter (1-5) dienen zur Anpassung: 1: Manueller/Auto-Link, 2: DHSG/MSH, 3: Breitband/Schmalband, 4: Reichweite, 5: Lautstärkebegrenzung (länderspezifisch).

Wie lang ist die Akkulaufzeit?

Bei Breitband-Audio bis zu 8 Stunden, bei Schmalband-Audio bis zu 12 Stunden. Die Laufzeit hängt von der Nutzung ab.

Lifts/hangs up the handset manually or using the handset lifter (HSL 10 II).

Manual link establishment

When taking the headset out of the base station, you have to manually establish the wireless link between headset & base station.

Electronic hook switch (DHSG standard) Call control via the headset system. For faster link establishment, see Fast Link.

Automatic link establishment – Auto Link When taking the headset out of the base station, a wireless link is automatically established between headset and base station.

Electronic hook switch (MSH standard) Call control via the headset system.

Wideband audio transmission Automatic frequency adjustment of wideband & narrowband calls. Wideband audio transmission is e.g. supported by Skype & gives high speech quality. Battery life: 8 hours

Fast Link for DHSG standard & HSL 10 II handset lifter Recommended for frequent callers. Fast link establishment without delay due to hidden link to the base station.

Narrowband audio transmission Battery life: 12 hours
