COLD WATER DISPENSER
The water isn't cold.
- The initial glass of water may be luke warm because the stored water in the water valve has not been cooled yet. The second glass of water may be colder than first glass.
The water dispenses slowly.
- If the water pressure is low, the water may dispense slowly. In this case, you need to check the water filter first. If the water filter isn't clogged, then the water pressure is too low and you should contact a plumber to install a booster pump to increase your water pressure.

STATIC
Static occurs when the plug is not correctly plugged in or is plugged into a multi outlet without a ground connector.
- Please check the connection.

WHEN YOU FIRST USE THE REFRIGERATOR:
- Since the panel displays the current internal temperature, this can change depending upon how often the refrigerator door is opened. (Once the temperature reaches the desired pre-set temperature, the refrigerator will automatically maintain that temperature.)
- We recommend cooling the unit down before storing food. If the refrigerator is loaded with food immediately upon plug-in, it may take up to one full day to reach the default temperature. (-20°C for freezer and 3°C for fridge)

TEMPERATURE/FROST/CONDENSATION
- The panel starts to blink when the internal temperature has risen due to repetitive door openings, warm food storage, or refrigerator clean-up. The panel will stop blinking once the pre-set internal temperature has been reestablished. Call the service center if the panel continues to blink without reason.

CONDENSATION FORMS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE REFRIGERATOR
- Similar to the formation of condensation droplets on the surface of a cup filled with cold water left out on a hot summer day, condensation may also occur on the refrigerator. Simply wipe off the condensation with a dry towel. (This may occur in hot weather or during humid rainy seasons.)

FOOD STORED IN THE REFRIGERATOR IS FROZEN
- Stored foods near the cooling vents may freeze. If so, please place these foods apart from cooling vents.
Is the refrigerator placed in a cold environment? - If the external temperature is under -5, food may freeze.

NOISES
Due to the size of the refrigerator, the compressor may emit louder sounds than smaller appliances.
Flowing water can be heard in the refrigerator.
- Please note that this noise is caused by the refrigerant circuit and is not a problem.
A crashing sound can be heard in the freezer.
• This sound occurs when ice falls into the tray and is normal.
A ticking sound may be heard inside the refrigerator. This is normal. This sound occurs when various items contract or expand due to temperature changes. This may also occur when electronic devices are operated.

IN THE EVENT OF A POWER FAILURE
- Do not open the doors. Even without power, foods will not spill in a closed refrigerator for up to 2-3 hours in the summer.

FROST/CONDENSATION FORMS ON THE INSIDE WALL OF THE REFRIGERATOR
- Condensation may form when opening and closing the doors frequently, or when the door has been left open for a long time. Condensation is normal when warm air or moisture comes into contact with cool objects.
