IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Read these instructions.

  2. Guard this manual.

  3. Obey all alerts.

  4. Follow all instructions.

  5. WARNING. To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose this equipment to rain or moisture. Do not store and operate this product near liquid.

  6. Clean only with dry cloth.

  7. Do not store and operate this product near any heat sources such as radiators and heat registers, stove or other appliances (including amplifiers) that produce heat. Keep this product in a well ventilated place.

  8. Do not ignore the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding plug. A polarized plug has two blades being wider than the other. A grounding plug has two blades plus a round pin to ground. Any missing component, corroded, deformed, or with non-nominal load can reduce the intensity, placement and arrangement of the installation significantly. PARING A BLUETOOTH DEVICE

Use Bluetooth mode to stream music from a Bluetooth enabled device (e.g., smartphone or tablet device). A device must be paired with the unit before using them together for the first time.

  1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that it is next to the unit before attempting to pair it.
  2. Turn on the DJ Speaker and set it to Bluetooth mode (press the MODE button). The speaker will automatically enter pairing mode and make a beeping sound.
  3. Use your device to search for nearby Bluetooth devices. The speaker will be listed as "SOUND PRO NDS-1208." (This function is usually in the Bluetooth settings menu; refer to your device's instruction manual to learn more.)
  4. Select "SOUND PRO NDS-1208" from the list of found/available devices. The speaker will make a confirmation tone that connection is successful. You can now start playback on your connected device to begin streaming music to the speaker.

  1. Input Model Button: Press this button to toggle between the various inputs (LINE, USB, MICRO SD, FM & Bluetooth)
  2. Previous Track button: When in USB/MICRO SD/Bluetooth mode, press this button to skip to the previous track. Press and hold it to decrease the volume for USB/MICRO SD/Bluetooth. When in FM mode, press this button to tune to the previous station. Hold it down to decrease the volume for FM.
  3. Play/Pause button: When in USB/MICRO SD mode, press this button to start or pause playback.
  4. Next Track button: When in USB/MICRO SD/Bluetooth mode, press this button to skip to the next track. Press and hold it to increase the volume for USB/MICRO SD/Bluetooth. When in FM mode, press this button to tune to the next station. Press and hold it to increase the volume for FM.
  5. REC/PLAY: Press this button to play or record from Karaoke.
  6. Press the MIC PRI button to turn on the MIC priority function.
  7. USB/MICRO SD card port: connect your USB or MICRO SD card here. The speaker will only play music files from USB/MICRO SD input only. Do not connect your computer to the USB port; it will not play files directly from a computer.

NOTE: The USB port is intended only for data transfer only. Other devices cannot be used with this USB connection. The use of USB extension cords is not recommended.

  1. Microphone Input: Connection for a microphone with a 1/4 inch plug.
  2. AUX Input: Connection for a music player or other audio device with a 3.5 mm plug.
  3. Master Level Volume Control: Turn this dial to adjust the master volume.
  4. Light ON/OFF: Turns the light ON or OFF.
  5. Charging indicator: Light is RED when battery is charging. Light will turn BLUE when Full.
  6. Microphone Volume Control: Turn this dial to adjust the volume level of the microphone input.
  7. Microphone ECHO dial: Turn this to adjust the reverb effect level applied to the microphone input.
  8. Bass dial: Turn this to adjust the level of low frequencies.
  9. Treble dial: Turn this to adjust the level of high frequencies.
  10. DC Connection: Use the power adaptor (15V, 2A) to connect the unit to an AC power outlet.
  11. Power button: setting the unit to ON will allow the unit to play using the built-in battery or DC power.

REMOTE CONTROL

  1. POWER: Press this button to turn the display On or Off.
  2. MODE: Press this button to toggle between the various inputs for LINE (AUX), USB, MICRO SD, FM, Bluetooth.
  3. MUTE: Press this button to mute.
  4. EQ: Press this button to change the equalizer setting in USB/MICRO SD modes.
  5. REP: Press this button on control panel or remote control. Press once to repeat current song. Press twice quickly to repeat all songs.
  6. Scan: Press this button to scan radio station.
  7. Previous Track: Press this button to skip to the previous track/station in USB/MICRO SD/FM mode.

  1. To prevent damage to the microphone, do not turn on the microphone before setting the microphone Volume dial to zero (0). Then turn ON the microphone and slowly increase the microphone volume.
  2. If you notice static or distortion in the microphone, ensure that the XLR cable is connected to the microphone securely and that the ECHO level is set to a reasonable level.
  3. Turn the microphone OFF when it is not in use.
