Was tun, wenn der Schlüssel verloren geht?

Das Schloss kann nicht ohne Schlüssel geöffnet werden. Wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst von Kensington, um einen Ersatzschlüssel zu bestellen (Schlossnummer angeben).

Kann ich das Schloss im Freien verwenden?

Das Schloss ist für den Innenbereich konzipiert. Bei dauerhafter Feuchtigkeit kann Rost entstehen. Für den Außeneinsatz empfehlen wir ein Modell mit Wetterschutz.

Wie schwer ist das Schloss?

Es wiegt ca. 50 g und ist daher leicht zu transportieren.

Wie reinige ich das Schloss?

Wischen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem trockenen Tuch ab. Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel. Den Schließmechanismus gelegentlich mit einem Graphitpulver schmieren.

Welche Bügelstärke hat das Schloss?

Der Bügel hat einen Durchmesser von 6 mm und besteht aus gehärtetem Stahl.

Kann ich mehr als zwei Schlüssel erhalten?

INSTALLING PERMA DOME CABLE ANCHORS TO SURFACES

Perma Dome Cable Anchors may be attached to equipment and stationary surfaces. Before installing Perma Domes Cable Anchors, determine the best configuration for your needs. If you do not have a pre-existing anchor point (such as desk hole) available, you should install a Perma Dome Cable Anchor on a stationary surface to use as an anchor point. Perma Dome Cable Anchors may also be installed on equipment when a built-in security slot is unavailable.

1. Clean the back of the Perma Dome Cable Anchor (a) and the surface area where the Perma Dome will be applied with the prep pad (b). Dry with a clean cloth.
2. Evenly coat the back of the Perma Dome Cable Anchor with the adhesive (d). [fig. 1]
3. Adhere the Perma Dome Cable Anchor to the prepared surface by pressing the Perma Dome to the surface for 2 minutes. [fig. 2] Wipe off any excess adhesive with the Prep Pad. Allow to dry for 24 hours before use.
4. When possible (such as on wood or composite surfaces), also use a standard screwdriver to install the one-way screws (c) for additional security.
5. Thread a security cable (not included) through the Perma Dome Cable Anchor's loop, and follow the instructions for securing your specific cable.
