The AT875R requires 11V to 52V DC phantom power for operation.

Output from the microphone's XLRM-type connector is low impedance (Lo-Z) balanced. The signal appears across Pins 2 and 3; Pin 1 is ground (shield). Output phase is "Pin 2 hot" – positive acoustic pressure produces positive voltage at Pin 2.

To avoid phase cancellation and poor sound, all mic cables must be wired consistently: Pin 1-to-Pin 1, etc.

The high sensitivity of the AT875R assures useful output and an excellent match to most input sources. In some cases, however, an attenuator such as the Audio-Technica AT8202 may be required between the microphone and preamplifier to avoid overloading sensitive input stages.

The microphone is RoHS compliant-free from all substances specified in the EU directive on hazardous substances.

Avoid leaving the microphone in the open sun or in areas where temperatures exceed 43^ C for extended periods. Extremely high humidity should also be avoided.

AT875R话筒需使用11V至52V幻象供电工作。

话筒的XLRM卡农输出端为低阻抗平衡输出，话筒音频信号最终以卡农公头的2号及3号针脚输出，而1号针脚则为地线(屏蔽)连接。输出相位将以正相位电平2号设门脚上。

为避免出现相位相互抵消而失真的情况，时，接线必需以1-1，2-2，3-3型式把针脚连接。

AT875R提供高灵敏度的收音效能，可确保能接收到最大的音源。而在某些情况下，为避免发生超负载输入而出现破声情况，需要在话筒和前置放大器之间加入AT8202等的电平衰减器。

话筒符合 RoHS 规格，在构造上不含有欧盟禁用的危害性物质。

把话筒暴露于高温中可能导致输出电平逐弱，应避免将话筒留在口晒的地方或长时间置于温度超过43℃的地方，而极高湿度也应避免。
