SAR information
Your wireless phone is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure at radio frequency (RF) energy used by the Federal Commission of Commercial FCC of the U.S. (100 W). The standard, approximate, and comprehensive guidelines and conditions permitted levels of RF energy for the general population. The guidelines are based on the safety standards that were developed by independent scientific organizations through periodic and thorough evaluation of scientific studies. The standards include a substantial safety margin designed to ensure the safety of all persons, regardless of age and health. The exposure standards for wireless phones emails a unit of measurement known as Specific Absorption Race (SAR). The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg. The highest SAR values for this mode shown are reported to the FCC are 0.95 W/kg. Daily mean: 0.85 W/kg; CCR 1500 Hz/Hz: 1.04 W/kg; Daily avg: 0.343 W/kg.
^a In the U.S. and Canada, the S&P limit for mobile phones used by the public is 2.6 metering (WHP) required over the gram of tissues. The standard incorporation is a substantial margin of safety to give additional protection for the public and to account for any variations in measurements.
