INSTRUCTIONS
1 Place pump head onto tire's Presta or Schrader valve. Tighten by rotating the opposite side of pump head. Head must be all the way down to engage valve stem.

5 When pumping becomes difficult Re-Lock inner cylinder by turning cylinder collar clockwise to lock position for non telescope action.
3 Pull up handle and flip 90°.
