Everything you want to know for the proper operation of your washing machine is here. We invite you to read it and take advantage of it.

TYPE OF APPLIANCE: MOTOR OPERATED

Important: If you do not observe the following warnings and steps, you will be entirely responsible for injuries or damages that may result from the use of this equipment.

• This appliance may be used by children eight years and older as well as by persons with physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and they understand the dangers involved.
  • Children should not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance should not be done by children without supervision.
  • Children under three years old must be kept away unless they are continuously supervised.

Do not use extension cords.

Do not connect other appliances in the same outlet.

Grab the connector by the plug, not by the power cord.

Your washing machine is equipped with a polarized power cable having an integrated grounding wire. Do not remove the ground terminal and do not use plug adapters.

If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or by qualified personnel in order to avoid hazards. If your area is likely to experience voltage variations, use a voltage regulator having a capacity of 500 to 1000 Watts.

Do not use your washer to wash items that have been pretreated with solvents or flammable substances, because it can cause accidents.

Installation

REQUIREMENTS

The installation of your washing machine requires a firm and level surface, equipped with spaces and services such as electrical power, water and drainage which most likely your home is already provided with. The tools that you will need to install your product are: spirit level, pliers, flat screwdriver and Philips screwdriver.

UNPACK YOUR WASHING MACHINE

Make sure to remove all packaging elements from both, the exterior and the interior of your washing machine.

LEVELING

Use a wrench, to adjust the four leveling legs as necessary so the machine is firmly supported. Use the spirit level to check the correct leveling of the washing machine.

PLUMBING

Your washing machine is designed

to operate at household supply pressures ranging from 70 to 700 kPa however, in some areas of the country this interval may be even lower, which will affect the filling time of the machine.

DRAINAGE

A standpipe having an internal diameter of 3.8 cm will be required to drain the machine. Its height should range 90.0 to 110.0 cm and it must be connected to the house drainage system.

WATER SUPPLY

To ensure a suitable water filling pressure, make sure to have a minimum height between the base of the water tank and the washer inlet of at least 2.20 m. The minimum recommended pressure is 70 kPa or 0.070 MPa. If your home is equipped with a cistern tank, it should also have a water pump to guarantee a good water inlet pressure.

INSTALLATION SPACE

If you want to install the washing machine inside a closet or cabinet, you should consider the spaces and dimensions shown in the following figures. At the bottom, avoid obstructing this space with carpets or rugs.

Hookup

Drain hose. It is located at the rear right (watching the product from the front). Pull and remove the top portion outside until you see the tip, and place it into the drainage standpipe.

Fill hoses. Use only the hoses included with your product. Used or old hoses should not be reused. If you will not connect the washer to the hot water supply line, place a stopper to prevent the accumulation of dirt in the valve. (Water inlets: H=Hot water; C=Cold water)

CAUTION: Do not fill the machine manually with water, as this may cause malfunction leading to potential damage of valves resulting from working dry or overflow. Your new washer has a safety system that will not allow to exceed the maximum water level. If this level is exceeded, the drain pump will be automatically activated and will send an error code.

IMPORTANT: If you do not want to wash with hot water, make sure that the Temperature knob (if your model is equipped with one) is set at the Cold-Cold position. We recommend cleaning the filters once a month.

INSTALLATION VERIFICATION

- Open the water supply faucets and run any wash program, select the MEDIUM water level and press the START/PAUSE pad to run a full cycle.

• Make sure that there are no leaks or strange noises.

Control Panels Important: These illustrations correspond to fully-equipped models. Next, a description of the features available in the control panel of your washing machine. Identify the type of control that matches your model and follow the operation instructions.

1. Selection of Automatic Programs

Turn the knob to select the desired program. Depending on the model of your machine, up to 14 programs may be available.

2. Temperature Level

Each cycle has a recommended wash temperature. Turn the knob if you prefer a different wash temperature (from cold to hot).

3. Water Level/Load

In models equipped with 2 knobs only, the water level is set using the knob marked as N°2. Turn the knob to select the desired level. If your washer is equipped with an automatic sensor, you can select it, so the machine will set the level for you. If it is equipped with an Aquasaver Sensor, select it to operate in the Water Saver mode.

Note: Both, the automatic and manual levels are designed to save water. It is normal that the load is not completely immersed in water.

4. Spin Level

Turn the knob to select the level of drying that you want to obtain after the wash cycle, or use the automatic level so the machine will select the recommended level, according to the selected program.

5. Options

Turn the knob to the desired option setting or select "OFF" if you won't execute any option. You can select one of 2 possible delay start settings (5 or 10 hours), hypoallergenic rinse (double rinse), or intensive wash (for heavily soiled loads).

6. Selection of stages (manual cycles)

Repeatedly press this pad to select a single stage or a combination of washing stages you want to execute, for example: spin only, or rinse and spin. Indicator lights will come on showing the selected stages.

7. Start/Pause

Touch this pad when you want to start or pause the operation of your washing machine.

8. Lid Lock

This LED indicator will light up when the lid is locked, thus avoiding that the user reaches into when the machine is at the washing process.

2-5 KNOBS MODELS

9. Self-cleaning (alarm)

This LED will light up when the machine needs cleaning. When this occurs, select the self-cleaning program with the knob, make sure that there are no clothes inside the washer and press the START/PAUSE pad. Using this program you can remove soil from hard to reach areas avoiding this soil to get into the load.

10. Delay Start indicator

This LED will light up when selecting one of the 2 delay times available with the options knob. (5 hours or 10 hours Delay Start).

11. Aqua Saver

(only on Aqua Saver programs)

If your washer is equipped with the Aqua Saver technology, you can save more water using the ecological cycles when selecting the icon in the "Water level" knob. Aqua Saver programs are Whites, Color, Delicates, Sportswear, Spin Wash and Express.

HYBRID MODEL

1. Touch this pad to turn on or off your washing machine.

2. Selection of Automatic Cycles

Turn the knob to select the desired program. Depending on the model of your machine, up to 14 programs may be available.

3. Start/Pause

Press this pad when you want to start or pause the operation of your washer.

4. Soil Level

Press this pad to select the proper level according to the amount of soil of the load (minimum to maximum).

5. Selection of stages (manual cycles)

Repeatedly press this pad to select a single stage or a combination of washing stages you want to execute, for example: spin only, or rinse and spin. Indicator lights will come on showing the selected stages.

6. My Cycle

This pad will allow you to save your own wash cycle by selecting the program of your preference, the water level, spinning level and desired temperature. Then press and hold 3 seconds the My Cycle pad to save your cycle, so every time you require it, your favorite program will be executed. The selected options will be illuminated by just pressing the My Cycle pad and then the START pad.

7. Delay Start

Use these two pads to select hours of delay until the start of operation (1 to 24 hours of delay), then press the Start pad to confirm and start the countdown, otherwise the delay will not be executed. Once initiated the Delay Start process, you can cancel it by pressing the "-1 hr" pad for 3 seconds.

8. Temperature Level

Each cycle has recommended wash temperature. Repeatedly press this pad if you prefer a different temperature (from cold to hot).

9. Water/ Load Level

Repeatedly press this pad to select the desired level, or let the automatic sensor to determine an optimal level. We recommend using the automatic option to efficiently wash a load and saving large amounts of water. Note: Both, the automatic and manual levels are designed to save water. It is normal that the load is not completely immersed in water.

10. Spin Level

Repeatedly press this pad to select the level of drying you want to get for your clothes after the wash cycle, or use the automatic level so the machine will select the recommended level according to the selected program.

11. Aquasaver

By pressing this pad, you will be saving more water in each wash cycle. The Aquasaver mode can only be used in programs marked "Aquasaver" in the "Automatic programs" knob.

12. Self-cleaning (alarm)

The LED of this pad will light up when the machine needs to run the self-cleaning cycle. When this occurs, press the "Self-cleaning" pad. Make sure there are no clothes in the washing machine and press Start/Pause. Note: When you use this program, the "Automatic programs" knob will be deactivated (LEDs will be off).

13. Hypoallergenic Rinse

Press this pad if you want to execute a double rinse on every wash program (the Baby cycle, always does), excepting the Whites Cycle, Express, and SpinWash.

14. Pre-Dry

Press this pad if you want to extend the spin time in order to achieve a higher drying level. Note: In order to lock the control panel, press the "Hypoallergenic Rinse" and "Pre-Dry" pads at the same time for 3 seconds.

1. FABRIC SOFTENER

Use this compartment when you will add fabric softener to the load (available only on some models). The dispenser will automatically supply the liquid fabric softener during the rinse.

If your model is equipped with the agitator system, you must use the compartment located at the agitator cup. If your model is not equipped with any of the above options, then pour fabric softener diluted in water on the clothes before the rinse starts.

2. POWDER DETERGENT

Add low suds powder or liquid detergent. Add the amount of detergent specified by the manufacturer into the dispenser drawer according to the load size sitting in the interior of the washer.

If your model is equipped with the agitator system, or doesn't have the dispenser drawer, then the detergent should be dissolved and added on the load.

3. LIQUID BLEACH

Pour liquid bleach into the indicated compartment (applies to all models).

IMPORTANT: Use bleach only with white clothes.

Note: Under conditions of very low water pressure (less than 70 kPa) or very cold water (less than 20°C), some detergents may not dissolve completely or leave residues in your dispenser. Connect both water faucets (hot and cold) for the proper operation of the dispenser.

Note: Do not mix bleach or chlorine with ammonia or with acids like vinegar and/or rust remover, because the mixture can produce a deadly toxic gas.

LOADING THE WASHER

Start washing: Place items uniformly around the infusor (preferably not on the infusor) so the load is evenly distributed. The washer starts the wash cycle by making the basket turn to arrange the load for a better performance of the cycle.

Bulky Items: To wash bulky items properly, a special arrangement is suggested. Take one end of the item and place it into the basket forming a spiral, trying that the item rests around the basket, continue with this shape until

ending with the other end of the item. If the load exceeds the indicated limit, you must gently press the load inward, making sure that the volume remains below the limit. See the figure.

Both, the automatic and manual levels are designed to save water. It is normal that the load is not completely immersed in water.

IMPORTANT: If your model is 2 -5 knobs and has any malfunction place the "Automatic Programs" knob on the OFF position. Then press the START/PAUSE button. If the fault occurs again, disconnect the equipment. Then connect and restart the wash cycle again.

If the fault continues please call your local service office.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR WASHING YOUR LOADS:

• Read the manufacturer's care label of each garment.
  • To prevent that items tangle, place the large items at the bottom of the tub, then the small items and finally the medium ones. Do not overload the tub.
• Select the most appropriate wash cycle; remember that you must consider the type of fabric and the soil level of the load.
• Use low-suds liquid or powder detergent in order to obtain optimal results. We suggest to follow the manufacturer's recommendations, because an excess of detergent can damage your washer.

• At the end of the washing cycle, we recommend removing the load from the tub to prevent the formation of wrinkles or odors.

• Sort loads by fabric type, color and size.

• We recommend cleaning the outside of your washing machine with car wax, and a clean and dry flannel. Clean the lid with a damp cloth, and remove water stains with soap to prevent the accumulation of scale.
• It is recommended to use High Efficiency (HE) detergent. HE detergents are designed to generate less suds, achieving better cleaning results using a lower amount of water in a wash cycle.
• Add clothes evenly around the infusor (preferably not on the infusor), so the load is homogeneous and the operation is the ideal.

OPERATION PROBLEMS	POSSIBLE CAUSE	WHAT TO DO
The lid of the washer won't open.	(Momentarily) interruption of the power supply.	Once the power supply has been restored, the lid will be released after 2 minutes. Make sure that the appliance is correctly plugged in.
	It is normal when the washer is in the spinning stage, because the lid is equipped with a safety lock that prevents opening it when spinning. In some models the lid will be locked during agitation and spinning.	Wait 2 minutes after completing the spinning or stop the operation using the Start/Pause pad and wait 2 minutes for the safety lock to be released.
Clothes are too wet	Unbalanced load.(Momentarily) power supply interruption.Certain fabrics feel damp when rinsed with cold water.	Rearrange the load in the washing machine and activate the Spin cycle or a stage.You can use the manual spin feature so you can spin the load a few additional minutes.
The machine pauses during the wash cycle.	The cycle incorporates a series of soaks to the wash.	This is normal in order to obtain a better cleaning of your clothes.
The water level seems lower than normal.	Your washing machine is designed to save water.	This is normal. If you want to wash using more water, use the water level knob to set a higher level.
Low water flow.	The mesh filters of the water valve are clogged.	Close the water faucets and disconnect the feed intake. Clean both filters using a brush. Reconnect the water supply and open the keys.Ensure that are no leaks in the connections
The washer turns and pauses at the start of cycles.	The washer is sensing the size of the load.	This is normal. It has the purpose of saving water.
A "clicking" sound.	The switching mechanism is hooked or loose.	The transmission system hooks up at the beginning of the agitation and looses when completed. This occurs several times during the wash.
A "click" behind the control panel while the washer is being filled with water.	It is the water temperature control valve.	Two valves mix cold and hot water. The "click" occurs when any of the valves turn on or off in order to raise or lower the temperature of filling water.
Water flow changes during filling.	It is the water temperature control valve.	Two valves mix cold and hot water. The "click" occurs when any of the valves turn on or off in order to raise or lower the temperature of filling water.
The motor sounds during filling.	The washer is sensing the size of the load.	Your washing machine is designed to adapt the amount of water according to the load size and during this process the motor is intermittently activated.
Motor sounds during the agitation.	Normal operation of the motor.	It is a normal sound proper to the type of motor used in your washer.
Motor sounds during spinning.	The motor switches speed.	The motor will increase its speed during the spin cycle to obtain the optimum drying of your clothes.
Noise during drainage.	The drain pump is working.	While the water baskets empties, the pump begins to aspirate air and this sound becomes more audible. This is normal, and the sound will continue until completion of the spinning.
High vibration.	Load is unbalanced, the washer is not level. The appliance is not installed on a firm and level base.	Rearrange the load distributing it evenly.
		Check the leveling legs of the washer, make sure to install the product on a firm and level floor.
Undiluted detergent residues in the dispenser.	Very low water inlet pressure (Less than 70 kPa).Cold water supply is too cold (below 20°C).	Connect both water inlet valves of your washer: cold and hot.Select a cycle that provides a higher water temperature.Use a High Efficiency liquid detergent.

REQUERIMIENTOS

La instalación de su lavadora requiere de una superficie firme y nivelada, con espacios y servicios de luz, agua y desagüe con los que seguramente usted cuenta en su casa. Las herramientas que va a necesitar para instalar su producto son: Nivel de burbuja, pinzas de mecánico, desarmador plano, desarmador de cruz.

DESEMPAQUE SU LAVADORA

Asegúrese de retirar todos los aditamentos del empaque tanto de la parte exterior como de la interior de su lavadora.

NIVELACIÓN

Ajuste con una llave inglesa las cuatro patas niveladoras lo necesario para que su lavadora quede firmemente apoyada. Use el nivel de gota para comprobar la correcta nivelación de la lavadora.

PLOMERÍA

Su lavadora está

Para garantizar una presión adecuada de llenado, asegurarse de tener una altura mínima entre la base del tanque de agua en la entrada de la lavadora de por lo menos 2,20 m. La presión mínima recomendada es de 70 kPa o .070 MPa. En caso de contar con cisterna o aljibe, es necesario tener una bomba que garantice una buena presión

ESPACIO

Si desea instalar su lavadora en clóset o gabinete, debe considerar los espacios y dimensiones que se muestran en las siguientes figuras. En la parte inferior evite obstruirla con alfombras o tapetes.

CONEXIONES

Manguera de desagüe. Se encuentra localizada en la parte posterior derecha (viendo el producto de frente). Jale y extraiga la parte superior hacia afuera hasta ver la punta de la misma y coloque dentro del desagüe.

Alimentación de agua: No se permite usar mangueras flexibles, esta máquina es para instalación fija y se deberá llevar a cabo bajo las reglas del país. La entrada de agua usa American National Standard Thread [3/4-11 1/2]. Si no va a utilizar la toma de agua caliente, coloque un tapón para evitar fugas.

Las mangueras viejas no deben reutilizarse.

Precaución: No liene manualmente su lavadora, ya que esto puede causar mal funcionamiento ocasionando daño potencial en las válvulas por trabajo en seco o sobrellenado. Su nueva lavadora tiene un sistema de seguridad que no permite pasar del máximo nivel de llenado, de modo que cuando se rebasa este nivel, la bomba de drenado se activará de manera automática y mandará un código de error.

IMPORTANTE: Si no desea lavar con agua caliente, asegúrese que la perilla de Temperatura (si su modelo la tiene) se encuentre en la selección Frío-Frío. Recomendamos limpiar los filtros una vez por mes.

VERIFICACIÓN DE LA INSTALACIÓN

• Abra las llaves de agua y ponga a funcionar su lavadora utilizando cualquier programa, seleccione el nivel medio de agua y presione el botón inicio/pausa para que efectúe un ciclo completo.
• Verifique que no existan fugas o ruidos extraños

Paneles de control Importante: Las imágenes corresponden a los modelos más equipados. A continuación se describen las funciones que puede encontrar en los mandos de su lavadora. Identifique el tipo de control que corresponda a la suya y siga las instrucciones para operarla.

MODELO 2-5 PERILLAS

1. Selección de Programas Automáticos. Gire la perilla hasta seleccionar el programa deseado. Dependiendo del modelo de su lavadora, pueden ser hasta 14 programas.
2. Nivel de Temperatura Cada ciclo tiene programada una temperatura recomendada de lavado. Gire la perilla si prefiere una distinta (desde fría hasta caliente).
3. Nivel de Agua/Carga En modelos de 2 perillas, el Nivel de Agua está en la perilla señalada como No. 2 Gire la perilla hasta encontrar el nivel deseado. Si su lavadora cuenta con sensor automático, selecciónelo para que lo haga por usted. Si cuenta con Sensor Aquasaver, selecciónelo para operar en modo ahorro Nota: Tanto los niveles automáticos como manuales están diseñados para economizar agua. Es normal que sus prendas no queden totalmente sumergidas.

4. Nivel de Centrifugado Gire la perilla hasta encontrar el nivel de secado que quiere obtener en sus prendas después de lavarlas o utilice el nivel automático para que la lavadora ejecute el recomendado, según el programa seleccionado.

5. Opciones Gire la perilla hacia la opción deseada o ubíquela en "apagado" si no desea ejecutar ninguna. Puede seleccionar entre 2 inicios retardados (5 o 10 horas), enjuague hipoalergénico (doble enjuague) o lavado intenso (para ropa muy sucia).

6. Selección de etapas (ciclos manuales) Pulse repetidamente este botón para elegir de manera independiente o combinada, las etapas de lavado que quiere realizar, p.ej: solo centrífuga o enjuagar y centrífugar. Las luces se encenderán indicándole las etapas seleccionadas.
7. Inicio / Pausa Pulse este botón cuando quiera iniciar o pausar la actividad de su lavadora.

8. Seguro de Tapa Este LED se encenderá cuando la tapa se bloquee, evitando así, que el usuario meta la mano cuando se esté realizando el proceso de lavado.

9. Autolimpieza (alarma) Este LED se encenderá cuando la lavadora necesite limpieza. Cuando así ocurra, seleccione el programa de autolimpieza en la perilla, asegúrese que no haya ropa dentro de la lavadora y oprima el botón de inicio/pausa. Con este programa usted podrá eliminar la suciedad de los lugares a donde no se puede llegar y así evitar que lleguen a su ropa.

10. Indicador de inicio retardado Este LED se encenderá cuando seleccione una de los 2 tiempos disponibles en la perilla de opciones. (5 o 10 horas de retraso programado)

11. Aqua Saver (solo para programas Aqua Saver) Si su lavadora cuenta con la tecnología Aqua Saver, usted podrá ahorrar más agua en los ciclos ecológicos al seleccionar el ícono en la perilla de "Nivel de Agua". Los programas Aqua Saver son Blanca, Color, Delicada, Deportiva, SpinWash, Express

MODELO HÍBRIDO

1. Oprima este botón para encender o apagar su lavadora

2. Selección de Ciclos Automáticos

Gire la perilla hasta seleccionar el programa deseado. Dependiendo del modelo de su lavadora, pueden ser hasta 14 programas.

3. Inicio / Pausa

Pulse este botón cuando quiera iniciar o pausar el funcionamiento de su lavadora.

4. Nivel de Suciedad

Oprima el botón para seleccionar el nivel adecuado de acuerdo a la suciedad de su ropa (mínimo a máximo).

5. Selección de etapas (ciclos manuales)

Pulse repetidamente este botón para elegir de manera independiente o combinada, las etapas de lavado que quiere realizar, p.ej: solo centrífuga o enjuagar y centrífugar. Las luces se encenderán indicándole las etapas seleccionadas.

6. Mi Ciclo

Este botón permitirá grabar su ciclo de lavado seleccionando el programa de su preferencia, los niveles de agua, centrifugado y temperatura deseados, en seguida presione durante 3 segundos el botón Mi Ciclo para guardar su ciclo preferido, así cada vez que lo requiera su programa favorito se ejecutará iluminando las opciones escogidas con solo oprimir el botón Mi Ciclo y después Inicio.

7. Inicio retardado

Utilice estos 2 botones para seleccionar las horas de retraso para el inicio de operación de la lavadora (de 1 a 24 horas de retraso) y presione el botón de Inicio para confirmarlo e iniciar la cuenta regresiva, de lo contrario no se iniciará. Una vez iniciado el proceso de inicio retardado, usted podrá cancelarlo apretando por 3 segundos el botón de "-1 hr".

8. Nivel de Temperatura

Cada ciclo tiene programada una temperatura recomendada de lavado. Oprima este botón repetidamente si usted prefiere una distinta (desde fría hasta caliente).

9. Nivel de Agua/Carga

Oprima repetidamente este botón hasta encontrar el nivel deseado o permita que el sensor automático determine un nivel óptimo. Le recomendamos que use la opción automático para lavar eficientemente y ahorrar grandes cantidades de agua. Nota: Tanto los niveles automáticos como manuales están diseñados para economizar agua. Es normal que sus prendas no queden totalmente sumergidas.

10. Nivel de Centrifugado

Oprima repetidamente este botón hasta encontrar el nivel de secado que quiere obtener en sus prendas después de lavarlas o utilice el nivel automático para que la lavadora ejecute el recomendado, según el programa seleccionado.

11. Aquasaver

Al oprimir este botón usted estará ahorrando más agua en cada ciclo de lavado que realice. El modo Aquasaver solo puede ser utilizado en los programas marcados como "Aquasaver" en la perilla de "programas automáticos"

12. Autolimpieza (alarma)

El LED de este botón se encenderá cuando la lavadora necesite correr el ciclo de autolimpleza. Cuando ocurra, oprima el botón "autolimpieza", asegúrese que no haya ropa dentro de la lavadora y oprima inicio/pausa. Nota: Cuando utilice este programa, la perilla de "programas automáticos" estará desactivada (LEDs apagados).

13. Enjuague Hipoalergénico

Oprima este botón si desea realizar doble enjuague en cualquier programa de lavado (el ciclo de Bebé, lo hace siempre). Excepto Blancos, Ciclo Express y SpinWash.

14. Presecado

Oprima este botón si desea prolongar el tiempo de centrifugado, para lograr un nivel de secado más alto. Nota: Presiona los botones de "Enjuague Hipoalergénico" y "Presecado" al mismo tiempo y durante 3 segundos para bloquear el panel.

USO DE LOS COMPARTIMENTOS PARA LOS ADITIVOS DE LAVADO

MODELO CON CAJÓN DESPACHADOR

1. SUAVIZANTE

Utilice este compartimento cuando use suavizante de ropa (disponible solo en algunos modelos). El despachador surtirá de manera automática el líquido durante el enjuague.

Si su modelo es de sistema agitador debe utilizar el compartimento en la copa del agitador. Si su modelo no cuenta con ninguna de las opciones anteriores vierta el suavizante diluido en agua sobre la ropa antes de iniciar el enjuague.

2. DETERGENTE EN POLVO

Agregue detergente en polvo de baja espuma o detergente líquido. En el interior del cajón deberá poner la cantidad de detergente indicada por el fabricante según la cantidad de ropa que haya metido en el interior de la lavadora.

Si su modelo es de sistema agitador o no cuenta con el cajón despachador deberá disolver el detergente sobre la carga.

MODELO SIN CAJÓN DESPACHADOR

3. BLANQUEADOR LÍQUIDO

Vierta blanqueador líquido en el compartimento indicado (Aplica a todos los modelos).

IMPORTANTE: Solo usar en ciclos de ropa blanca.

Nota: A condiciones extremas de muy poca presión de agua (menor a 70 kPa) o de agua muy fría (menor a 20°C), algunos detergentes podrían no disolverse por completo o dejar residuos en su despachador. Conecte ambas tomas de agua (caliente y fría) para el funcionamiento adecuado de su despachador.

Nota: No mezcie blanqueador o cloro con amoniaco o con ácidos como vinagre y / o removedor de óxido, ya que la mezcla puede producir gas tóxico mortal.

ACOMODO DE ROPA

Empieza a lavar: Coloque la carga de ropa de manera uniforme, alrededor del infusor (de preferencia no sobre éste) para que la carga quede uniformemente distribuida. La lavadora inicia el ciclo de lavado girando la canasta para acomodar la carga para un mejor desarrollo del ciclo.

Prendas Voluminosas: Para lavar sus prendas voluminosas correctamente se sugiere un acomodo especial. Se toma de uno de los extremos y se introduce en forma de espiral, procurando que quede acomodada la prenda alrededor de la canasta, así

hasta finalizar en el otro extremo. Si las prendas sobrepasan el límite señalado, debes comprimir ligeramente hacia adentro, asegurándose que el volumen quede por abajo del límite. Ver figura.

Tanto los niveles automáticos como manuales están diseñados para economizar agua. Es normal que sus prendas no queden totalmente sumergidas.

Si la falla se presenta de nuevo desconecte el equipo. En seguida vuelva a conectar y reiniciar su ciclo de lavado.

Si la falla continua favor de llamar al servicio técnico de su localidad.

RECOMENDACIONES PARA EL LAVADO DE SU ROPA:

• Lea las instrucciones del fabricante de cada una de las prendas
• Para evitar que se enrede la ropa, coloque las prendas grandes al fondo de la tina, luego las pequeñas y al final las medianas. No sobrecargue la tina.
• Elija el ciclo de lavado más adecuado, recuerde que debe considerar el tipo de tela y el grado de suciedad de las mismas.
• Utilice detergente líquido o polvo de baja espuma para resultados óptimos. Le sugerimos que siga las recomendaciones del fabricante, ya que el exceso de detergente puede dañar su lavadora.

• Al acabar el ciclo de lavado, le recomendamos que saque la ropa de la tina para evitar que se arrugue o se generen malos olores.

• Separe sus prendas por tipo de tela, por colores y tamaños.

• Recomendamos limpiar el exterior de su lavadora con cera para pulir autos, con franela limpia y seca. Limpiar la tapa con trapo húmedo, eliminando las manchas de agua con jabón para evitar que acumule sarro.
• Se recomienda utilizar detergentes de Alta Eficiencia (HE). Los detergentes HE están diseñados para generar menos espuma, logrando mejores resultados de limpieza con una menor cantidad de agua en un ciclo de lavado.
• Acomode la carga de ropa de manera uniforme, alrededor del infusor (de preferencia no sobre éste) para que la carga sea homogénea y el funcionamiento sea el ideal

PROBLEMAS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO	CAUSA POSIBLE	QUÉ HACER
No se puede abrir la tapa de la lavadora	Interrupción (momentánea) de la energía eléctrica.	Una vez que la energía eléctrica se haya reestablecido, después de 2 minutos la tapa queda liberada. Verifique que el producto está correctamente conectado.
	Normal cuando la lavadora está en la etapa de centrifugado, ya que cuenta con un seguro en la tapa que impide abriría entonces. En algunos modelos la tapa estará bloqueada durante agitación y centrifugado.	Espere 2 minutos después de que finalice el centrifugado o detenga la operación usando el botón Inicio/Pausa y espere 2 minutos para que se desactive el seguro de la tapa.
Ropa demasiado mojada	Ropa mal acomodadaInterrupción (momentánea) de la energía eléctrica.Algunas telas se sienten húmedas cuando se enjuagan con agua fría.
