Nethix garantisce all'acquirente che il prodotto sarà privo di difetti di materiale o di fabbricazione per un periodo di due anni (24 mesi) dalla data di acquisto.

Durante il periodo di garanzia, su presentazione della prova d'acquisto, il prodotto verrà riparato o sostituito a discrezione di Nethix, senza alcun addebito per parti di ricambio o manodopera.

La garanzia decade in caso di uso improprio o di manomissione.

In caso di problemi tecnici l'acquirente potrà richiedere assistenza tecnica a Nethix in una delle due seguenti modalità:

• Contattando il proprio rivenditore o distributore
• Inviando una e-mail all'indirizzo [e-mail]

Nethix warrants to the buyer that the product will be defect-free for two years (24 months) from the date of purchase.

During warranty period, and against presentation of the proof of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced at Nethix's discretion without any additional cost for spare parts or repair, if the damages are proved to be manufacturing defects.

Warranty will be voided if the product has not been used properly.

In case of technical questions, the user can ask for support:

Nethix gewährleistet, dass der Produkt frei von Herstellung- und Material-Fehler für zwei Jahre ab Einkaufsdatum ist.
