Foreword

Technical Lighting Control would like to thank you for acquiring the Water Wizard housing for your Pocket Wizard Plus III transceiver. Technical Lighting Control is part of a group, along with Aquatica and Amphibico, of affiliated companies that dedicates themselves in the underwater imaging enthusiast the best instrument for their passion. The products are developed by and for demanding professional in this field.

With regular maintenance, your Water Wizard housing will give you years of faithful service, before using it, we recommend that you make yourself familiar with the Pocket Wizard® Plus III transceiver and take a moment to read this owner manual.

Instruction:

First unscrew the four hexagonal screws that close's the front cover, remove this cover and place somewhere clean and safe.

Plug in the mini phone jack into the transceiver; position it so that the dowel pin fits properly in the mounting hole in the back of the transceiver.

Inspect and clean and lubricate the O-ring and close back the cover, tighten down the screws, making sure not to over torque them.

Remove the bulkhead cap, inspect for cleanliness, lubricate the sync cord and/or extension cord O-ring and install in the Water Wizard bulkhead connector, connect the end of the sync cord to the camera housing or the underwater strobe(s).

Most common sync cords used are:

Ikelite to Nikonos single sync cord # 4104.31: For connecting the Water Wizard housing to most housing equipped with a Nikonos type of strobe connector

Ikelite to Ikelite single cord # 4103.51: For connecting the Water Wizard housing to one Ikelite strobe or to any housing equipped with an Ikelite bulkhead.

Ikelite to Ikelite double cord # 4103.52: For connecting the Water Wizard housing to two Ikelite strobes.

Ikelite to Sea & Sea single cord # 4118.1: For connecting the Water Wizard housing to one Sea & Sea or Inon strobe.

Ikelite to Sea & Sea double cord # 4118.2: For connecting the Water Wizard housing to two Sea & Sea or Inon strobes.

Additional extensions are also available:

Ikelite 4.5m/15ft extension cord # 4102.15 Ikelite 0.9/3ft extension cord # 4102.03
