Merkmale

Der ZAS 46 ist ein Dachsparrenhalter für die Montage von Parabolantennen.

■ TÜV-geprüft für Parabolantennen bis max. ∅ 1,3 m
■ Montage von außen direkt auf den Dachsparren oder der Konterlattung
■ Flexible Anpassung an den Sparrenabstand durch ausziehbares Teleskoprohr
■ Stufenlose Einstellung für jede Dachneigung von 0° bis 90° (Begrenzung nur durch Abdeckblech)
■ Material: Stahl, feuerverzinkt
Kabeleinführung über die Mastspitze mit ZTC 08 (als Zubehör erhältlich)
■ Blitzstromtragfähig dimensioniert (100 kA, 10/350 μs gemäß DIN VDE 0855-300)

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Der ZAS 46 ist ein Dachsparrenhalter für die Montage von Parabolantennen bis max. ∅ 1,3 m.

Jegliche anderweitige Nutzung oder die Nichtbeachtung dieses Anwendungshinweises und der den Geräten beiliegenden Dokumentationen und Anleitungen hat den Verlust der Gewährleistung bzw. Garantie zur Folge.

Sicherheitshinweise

WARNUNG

Installation nur durch Fachpersonal!

Achten Sie auf ausreichende Tragfähigkeit der Dachsparren!

Absturzgefahr! Absturzverletzungen bei Montagearbeiten auf dem Dach.

Sicherstellen, dass die Unterkonstruktion eine ausreichende Tragfähigkeit hat.
▶ Feste und rutschsichere Schuhe tragen.
Sicherstellen, dass das Dach und die Aufstiegshilfe trocken, sauber und rutschfest sind.

Erforderliches Werkzeug

- Bohrer ∅ 9 mm

• Ring- oder Gabelschlüssel SW 17

• Ring- oder Gabelschlüssel SW 19

Dachsparrenhalter vorbereiten

ACHTUNG

Zu Transportzwecken ist die Erdungsklemme in Position ① montiert.

▶ Vor der Montage die Erdungsklemme aus der Position ① lösen und in Position ② befestigen.

Dachsparrenhalter montieren

1. Eine ausreichende Anzahl von Dachziegeln entfernen.

2. Dachsparrenhalter auf die Breite der Dachsparren oder der Konterlattung ziehen.

3. Acht Schraubenlöcher auf den Dachsparren oder der Konterlattung markieren.

4. Schraubenlöcher mit einem Bohrer ∅ 9 mm vorbohren: 50 mm tief seitlich und 100 mm tief von oben vorbohren.

5. Dachsparrenhalter mit den vier Befestigungsschrauben 12 x 100 mm von oben und mit den vier Befestigungsschrauben 12 x 50 mm seitlich auf den Dachsparren oder der Konterlattung mit einem Gabelschlüssel SW 19 festschrauben.

6. Feststellschraube des Teleskoprohres mit einem Gabelschlüssel SW 19 festziehen.

7. Erdungsdraht (16 mm ^2 -Kupfer oder 25 mm ^2 -Aluminium) in die Erdungsklemme einführen und die Mutter mit einem Gabelschlüssel SW 17 festziehen.

8. Mast montieren und entlang des Teleskoprohres so verschieben, dass das Abdeckblech in den Verbund der Dachziegel passt.

9. Abdeckblech und den Abdeckkragen über die Mastspitze ziehen.

10. Mast mit Hilfe einer Wasserwaage senkrecht ausrichten.

11. 6 Klemmschrauben am Mastfuß mit einem Ringschlüssel SW 19 fest anziehen.

12. Abdeckblech auf den Mast aufsetzen und den oberen Rand

und die seitlichen Ränder des Bleches ca. 2 cm nach oben falzen, um eintretenden Niederschlag sicher auf die darunterliegende Eindeckung zu leiten.

1. Abdeckkragen über den Einführstutzen des Abdeckbleches ziehen.

2. Dach eindecken.

3. Parabolantenne montieren. Maximale Einspannhöhe 1m (Aufkleber am Mast beachten). Oberhalb der Parabolantenne kann eine Rundfunk-/DVB-T2-Antenne angebracht werden.

Features

The ZAS 46 is a rafter fastener for mounting parabolic antennas on the roof.

■ TÜV certifi ed for parabolic antennas with a diameter of up to 1.3 m
■ Mounting from the outside directly on to the rafters or counter battens
■ Flexibly adjustable to the gaps between rafters by means of a telescopic tube
■ Continuous adjustment for any roof slope of 0^ to 90^ (limited only by the cover plate)
■ Material: steel, hot-dip galvanised
■ Cable is inserted through the mast tip by means of the ZTC 08 (available as accessory)

Intended Use

The ZAS 46 is a rafter fastener for mounting parabolic antennas with a diameter of up to 1.3 m on the roof.

Any other use, or failure to comply with these instructions or documentation and instructions enclosed with the devices, will result in voiding of warranty or guarantee.

Installation

Safety Instructions

WARNING

Installation is to be carried out by qualified personnel only!

Pay careful attention to the load bearing capacity of the rafters!

Fall hazard! Injuries due to falling from the roof during installation.

▶ Make sure that the supporting structure has sufficient load-bearing capacity.
▶ Wear stable shoes with non-slip soles.
▶ Make sure that the roof and climbing aid are dry, clean and non-slip.

Required Tools:

- Drill bit ∅ 9 mm

• Ring or open-ended 17 mm spanner

- Ring or open-ended 19 mm spanner

- Spirit level

Preparing the Rafter Fastener

NOTE

For transport purposes, the earthing terminal is mounted in position ①.

Before assembly, loosen the earthing terminal from position ① and secure it into position ②.

Installing the Rafter Fastener

1. Remove a sufficient number of roof tiles.

2. Extend the rafter fastener to the width of the rafters or counter battens.

3. Mark eight screw holes on the rafters or counter battens.

4. Pre-drill screw holes using a 9 mm drill bit: 50 mm deep at the side and 100 mm deep at the top.

5. Attach the rafter fastener to the rafters or counter battens with the four 12 x 100 mm wood screws at the top and the four 12 x 50 mm wood screws at the side using a 19 mm open-ended spanner.

6. Tighten the fastening screw of the telescopic tube using a 19 mm open-ended spanner.

7. Place the earthing wire (16 mm2 copper or 25 mm2 aluminium) into the earthing terminal and tighten the nut using a 17 mm open-ended spanner.

8. Install the mast and slide it along the telescopic tube in such a way that the cover plate matches the joints of the roof tiles.

9. Pull the cover plate and the cover collar over the mast tip.

10. Align the mast vertically using a spirit level.

11. Tighten the six clamping screws on the mast foot using a 19 mm wrench.

12. Push the cover plate on the mast and fold the upper edge and side edges of the plate upwards by approx. 2 cm to securely direct any precipitation onto the roofing below.

1. Pull the cover collar over the cover plate inlet.

2. Put the roof tiles back on.

3. Install the parabolic antenna. The maximum clamping height is 1 m (see label on the mast). A radio or DVB-T2 antenna can be installed above the parabolic antenna.
